While I have only lived in this apartment for a month, I have had a great experience so far. Neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful and kind, very dog friendly, amenities are nice and maintained, apartments are nice and new, appliances work great, noise levels are good (slight noise from upstairs but no more than what’s expected). Maintenance is quick to resolve issues. I have enjoyed this experience so far much more than previous apartments I have lived in and hope that continues.

I ended moving here without visiting first and was skeptical. But once I got here, I was so happy that I did. The community is quiet and also has a lot of events. The pool is always ready. I had a small problem and maintenance had it fixed in less than 12 minutes !!!!The people are nice. The staff is AMAZING! The process moving here was also easy. I left my door unlocked on accident when I left to visit home for a week and it was like I left it locked.i feel safe here and would rate this place 10/10!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Brittney and Pamela at the office are great and helpful from general questions, problem solving and friendly conversation. The complex is clean, well maintained and my actual apartment is amazing. I looked at many apartments before choosing Austin Avenue, and none of them compared when it came how the apartment is equipped and tenant reviews. I can see why their rating is so good.

I cannot say enough about this property! It’s a brand new build, and everything is perfectly beautiful. The gym is top notch and good enough that you can cancel your gym membership. Lastly, the staff is the best in the business! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and at home, I love them they are tremendous!

It’s great. The staff/maintenance have quick responses and results for work orders, the apartment has all the amenities I love such as a gym , washer and dryer in unit and pool that includes a grill and couch seating.

Alta Austin Ave. has been the greatest place that I have lived in the Austin area. The office staff are extremely friendly and always willing to answer questions no matter how big or small they are, they are always smiling and I’m sure they don’t always want to be however they are very professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place as your next home it’s close to everything that you could need or explore and every tenant that I have met at a community event or at the pool has been very kind as well. It’s a fantastic community!

Our apartment is beautiful! It is in a good location, everyone here is super friendly, the dog bark is great always nice people there to chat with while letting my dog run all her energy out. Property is kept clean and we have not had any issues at all!

I've only been here a little under a month, but I am very happy with Alta Austin Avenue thus far. Beautiful apartment, reasonably priced considering how outrages everything in Austin is getting, conveniently located literally right off I-35, beautiful clubhouse that is open 24/7 to the residents, beautiful pool area and the staff is extremely helpful and proactive.

Alta Austin is a great place to bring you, your family and pets. It has nice amenities such as the club house, pool and dog park. If you choose this property, you will not be disappointed. The neighborhood is excellent with shopping, and grocery stores less that 1 minutes away. Downtown georgetown is only about 3 minutes away and features good resturants, ice cream shops, beach and other entertainment.
