This is such a beautiful building. I had a great tour with Sophia. She was very kind and professional and showed me units based on my needs and preferences. 10/10
I had a checklist of needs and wants for an apartment when I began looking. Alta Art Tower was the only building that checked every box of my needs, and a few of my wants. I had a point system, and AAT had the best score, so I signed a lease for a wonderful apartment with an amazing view. The neighborhood is very walkable, and there are three grocery stores within a short walking distance, which I appreciate as I do not have a car. There is also a late night s'mores place just down the street. The staff is friendly and responsive. I take every opportunity to chat with them on my way in/out of the building. Transit is very accessible, you can either take a couple of bus lines, the MAX, or walk down to the transit mall. The flagship library for Multnomah county is only a few blocks away, and this brings me great joy. Staff plans fun social events like chocolate and wine tasting, painting and cider, dried flower arranging workshops, etc. These are a great low key way to meet your neighbors.
Alta ART Tower is conveniently placed within the city, making it easy to reach public transportation, stores, and work. Also, the apartment team is friendly and trustworthy.
The coffee isn't available at an appropriate time frame, it is often broken and the area is often messy. There are a lot of problems in the building that are inconvenient, and it's easy to understand why with the construction inside the apartments being so poorly done. It looks nice but it is basically just a varnish on top of poor construction.

Favorite apartment building I have lived in. Amenities are great and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The units have premium appliances and fixtures. Plenty of walkable places to eat and drink. Easy access to freeways. Truly wish I didn’t have to relocate for work. Would have stayed here for several more years.

Alta Art Tower is an incredible place to live. I love the all of the amenities and things that are available for residents. Everyone is so kind and I feel valued as a resident. I've lived at the Alta Art Tower for about a month now and am very glad that I decided to move in. The staff were extremely helpful and professional during the move-in process and have continued to make life here very easy. The rooftop patio and co-working space is beautiful and I love seeing Mt St Helens out my apartment window on clear days.
Clean, tidy, luxurious… And best view in Portland! Also staff is incredible.
I love the monthly community events we get in here and everyone is super friendly.
I had a wonderful experience with Alta Art Tower from the application process to move-in. As a first-time individual renter, the overall ease and vibe of the experience made me feel comfortable with my decision to proceed. Someone was always available to assist and answer questions. The team provided me with options when units I expressed interest in were no available which led to the perfect unit for me. Amenities are great, and the tenants are courteous and polite. Definitely feel a good sense of community here!

I’ve lived here at Alta Art Tower for a little over a year. It feels like I live in a fancy hotel. The amenities are great. Best are the staff who you get to see every day.
My experience at Alta art tower has been exceptional Nashawn, Emily and Lia are the best team I've ever worked with, each of them made me feel right at home and the main reason I chose this complex. They have great customer service and very attentive.

My experience has been great from the first encounter with the wonderful staff at Art tower. Customer service is top tier one of the reasons I choose this community. My move in was in stages over a 2 week period due to my work schedule and time. Everyone at the Alta Art Tower has been kind, helpful, professional, attentive and accommodating with a smile. My first night sleeping in my new residence was very peaceful.
Alta Art Tower is a true gem. We've lived up and down the west coast in major cities over the past decade in all kinds of apartments. The staff here is top notch. The level of service and attention to detail is such a welcome change from the norm. Alta Art goes above and beyond, from amenities to the view - it feels upscale, yet welcoming. Our neighbors are nice, respectful and warm. The building is quiet. It's super pet friendly - I think our dog loves living here even more than we do. The neighborhood is great! As urban downtown environments go - the stadium district aka Goose Hollow is up and coming. Easy access to everything you need from public transit to grocery stores - this is centrally located without being in the thick of it all. Alta Art is our adventure HQ - halfway between the hiking trails at Washington Park and the riverfront - plus starting at the A (Alder in Alphabet District) - 23rd Ave shops and restaurants - we feel like we totally won in choosing this apartment community.
I toured on a Monday and was able to move in on Friday. I just moved from Tennessee and the place I rented sight unseen was horrible upon arrival. I found Art tower and immediately fell in love. The gym! They even have a Karaoke room! My apartment faces into downtown on the 19th floor. Defiantly can’t complain.
My leasing agent lia was so thoughtful! I even had Emily’s help upon move in, both were so kind. So happy with my decision.
Just moved in, my view is insane! I can see mountain St. Helens from my bedroom. The gym was a huge seller. So happy with my choice!

I moved in three days ago and I can’t believe I found the perfect home! The leasing team downstairs is so thoughtful when I moved in, they left presents for me on the counter! I’ve had a difficult time renting in the city, but the building is in a good location as I take the transit to work daily and it’s only a block up.
Staff is so nice, my senior doggy also loves them as he get treats in passing. I use the gym always. Definitely one of the best. My apartment is so amazing, I rented on the 16th floor and the view! Looking forward to living here.
Just moved in last month with my husband. The rooftop is remarkable and so comfortable. They gave a karaoke room that my husband can’t stay away from! Management is great, and maintenance is on top of it.
Alta Art Tower is a great building, with great amenities, an awesome community, and very friendly staff. The gym is nothing like a typical "apartment gym" with many types of machines and also free weights. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely stunning, the interior design is out of this world! I was skeptical about the ads on this place because it looked too good to be true. But when I took a tour, it was everything, I thought it would be. The staffing is super nice, and the community is amazing as well, i had to move in I just love it here.
I have been living here close to a year now, and i just absolutely love this building it feels very vibrant and alive. Don't even get me started with the leasing team they are so kind and and my dogs love them lol but this place is 5 stars hands down!
Honestly will say Art Tower is a dream! The views from my apartment and even the rooftop are incredible. Gym is great, the staff including cleaning crew are the best. They have events all the time, that are actually enjoyable. Highly recommend. Will know I will enjoy my 15 month lease here.
