I really do love the apartment. It is very spacious, it has great features, and anytime there is a problem, they respond with great haste. It makes living alone for the first time not as frightening as I thought it would be. I also love the pool, the pantry, and all those features. It's also fairly quiet, which is nice because I want to focus on studying while here.

Overall clean apartment, good amenities. Apartment comes fully furnished and is nice. Only issue is annoying fire alarm testing, sometimes machines can be broken in the gym.

Overall has been a great experience and I enjoy living here! I wish rent was a little cheaper for people that have been here for 3 years, but I understand that it’s just the current market. It’s super pet friendly and everyone who works here is very sweet!

I like my room, it's spacious and the ceiling it high. It makes me feel comfortable with high ceiling but the wall is too thin that I can hear my roommate talking so clearly. I can hear people above me walking so clear too. The maintenance staff is great and acted quickly when I submitted the requests to fix stuff in my room.

When I did live at alsander, it was a lovely experience. There was always a new event going on each month during different days, like grocery bingo or painting activities for residents and many other things.

It's been good living here. I like how spacious my room is. The maintenance comes fix my problems at my room pretty quick after I submit my requests. BUT it's not sound proof at all. I can hear my roommate talking on the phone. The wall is just too thin.

lots of noise due to thin walls and lots of parties gym, pool, and grill are nice if upkept garage needs to be cleaned and repainted silverfish and fruit flies although our apartment is clean

This complex is nice, has a great gym, and quick maintenance response times. The only thing is the gym gets messy quick since no one puts anything away and the guest parking situation is bad. The office closes at 6 and your out of luck if you need a guest pass after that.

Maintenance is very responsive and the leasing office is great. A wonderful place to live with many amenities. My favorite part is the outside gym. Whenever I need to get some fresh air ill head outside and get a nice workout in.

It’s honestly pretty comfortable l, I don’t think I could really have too many complaints in terms of the facilities. Some things could have been cleaner some better but I think some things are just nitpicking. I would give this place a 5 star review if parking wasn’t so steep.

This is a very clean and updated apartment complex. The pool is a very wonderful, high-end amenity. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great apartments with lots of room and pretty veiws. Amenities are nice and usally clean. Mangegment is great super nice and host events for residents.
I have loved living at Alsander. I love all of the people here and all of the events that the management does for the residents. Amazing experience
Living here is definitely a plus! I like the amenities and the staff is very friendly! One thing that could be improved is refilling the waste bags for dogs in the dog park since sometimes people don’t always pick up their dogs waste.
I like my bedroom it's spacious that I can spent the whole day just on my bedroom. The kitchen is big and it makes me happy cooking in my apartment. The only thing that bothers me the most is that the wall between my room and my roommate's is soooo thin that I can hear her talk on the phone.

Great apartment I love living here. I love the amenities such as the gym and the pool. The appliances and condition of the apartment is very nice. Staff is great too.

I’ve lived at Alsander for 2 years now. I would still rate it the same as I did when I first lived here. The residents are chill, as well as those behind the scenes ensuring all of our needs are met. I love the activities that the staff organizes, whether thats movies at the pool or the halloween pet party! Would recommend

Very good prices and beautiful buildings. I love living here! Gym is also great and has every machine I need. The mini golf is extremely fun and the pool is a great place to hang out as well.

Good apartment with great amenities. Super clean and modern — barely any issues with maintenance and quick response time. Neighborhood & distance from campus is worst part but doable (30 min walk to heavener).

This community offers everything a college student needs to succeed for great prices. I definitely recommend this apartment complex if you’re moving in the area.
