Absolutely love these apartments! My husband and I have lived here for two leases and we are absolutely loving it! The leasing agent and assistant manager were so helpful when we were looking to lease and continue to help us with any and all questions/concerns we have! The staff worked with me and my budget in order to stay in the apartment I was in! It is also a great location and I feel safe which was one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to stay here as well as the location. Honestly it is a great place overall!

I absolutely LOVE living here, the staff is amazing and ON TOP on their jobs!! Work orders get done quick by Maintenance and office staff are always have little resident events, breakfast tacos or wine days. The pool is beautiful, so much bbq space, and a cute dog park perfect for my dog! I’ve never had a problem with any other residents, if anything I’ve made great neighbors. Casey, the leasing agent is the sweetest and always has the prettiest smile on his face, you can just tell he truly cares! Gabby and Canaan, mainly in the office, are always the kindest to chat with when I get my morning coffee or on my way to the gym. If you want to live in a place you’re truly cared for APPLY AT ALON!

Out of the 5 apartments i have lived in, this one by far is the best. Our maintenance here always goes above and beyond for us. They always have great customer service and are always happy to see their residents. The office staff are terrific, they are super friendly and love on our pups when we bring them in. Gabby and Canaan definitely have changed this place around and Casey, his presence itself is so welcoming. He made my move in breezy! no bumps during the process and will answer any question you have!

The staff here will patronize you and neglect all the amenities you are paying top dollar for. They will charge you for the air you breathe if they could. Expect lots of fees and little in return. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Rent will skyrocket after your first lease and they will not budge one penny to work with you. Look elsewhere if you can.

I have lived here for over 14 years. During that time, I have had very respectful neighbors. Nights are quiet, and safe. Neighbors respect each other and allow for those who need rest to get it. I have had the best maintenance on my apartment that I could ask for over all 14 years.

I have lived in apartments since I was 18 years old, all over San Antonio Texas. I love animals and I had two small dogs when I moved here. I moved here because my friend lived here and I needed a place closer to my job. I found that they supplied potty bags and a place to walk your dogs all over the complex, which made me very happy. They always remembered my name when I came in or called on the phone, which is impressive to say the least. When I called with a light out or what small or large issue, they were always out the same day to take care of the issue. Maintenance knows you by name also and you feel like you are a family member instead of a renter!!! I lost my job in June, 2015 and I went in and spoke with the manager, they have been very supportive. I was asking her about a smaller, maybe 1 bedroom apartment for me and my daughter, a room for her and I could live in the front room since I sleep upright in a chair since brain surgery. I told her I had applied for disability, but it would take a while to get approved, and they told me to just keep them posted and they would do what they could to help!! They have nice people that live here too!! My last apartment I lived there for over 14 years and I don't think they would have been as understanding, bigger complex.
