The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, while still being a short drive away from many well known shops and restaurants on Rodeo Dr and Beverly Dr. and within the the Beverly Hills School District. Minutes drive to Roxbury Park, Beverly Gardens Park, Whole Foods Market, and Century City Mall. Utilities - Residents are expected to pay the pro-rated share of water, sewer, and trash and gas and electric which are separately metered. Parking - Parking is available for an additional fee of $150.00/month Please contact our property manager Vivi at 310-877-3019 to get more information or schedule a tour.
