This place USED to be good. In March 2021, Sentinel Real Estate Management took over and this place has gone downhill. Management has shut down numerous amenities with no notice, no reason given as to why, and no timeline for reopening. Over the half of the amenities have been closed since they took over, and nobody knows why. The office will not answer the phone or direct questions from the residents. They will not turn off the after-hours line, so if you have a maintenance emergency at night…too bad. Hope it’s not life threatening as you’re out of luck until the morning. There are better places to live at with actual responsive management. Stay away from here.

Went in to look at apartments and it seemed as if we're begging, staff was not open to answer questions, told us that they had no apartments for us, and seemed annoyed that we were there. Bad customer service, if they were rude to potential leasees can't imagine what it's like when we live there. Beautiful apartments, but can't lease if staff won't answer questions.
We love our community, by far its the best apartment community we have stayed in. We have been here comin on 4 years and would do it all over again. The staff here is amazing and friendly. The property is always clean and anytime we have a maintenance issue, they are on it like peanut butter on jelly. its a wonderful safe place for your kiddos or if your just rolling solo.
Its a clean and pretty complex but since COVID communication with staff is non existent but I bet theyd answer you if you wanted to rent and apartment.
Almeria has been amazing & the entire staff has been so helpful, courteous & so personable. The maintenance staff has come through without fail, as well as the office staff. Im so glad I chose Almeria to be my home!
Almeria is a lovely place to live. It is in a great location, with beautiful neighborhoods close by. Great area to walk or ride your bike. You can easily access the 10, 101 and 202. Close to the mall. It is quiet and clean. I feel very safe here. I have been pleased with maintenance. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and willing to assist you.
Great Pool area and you can ride your bike right out your front door and all around the area on nice scenic bike paths!
I love everything about living in this community. All the amenities are always clean and conveniently open when possible. Most importantly I love the apartments events that promote community relationship. Also let me add I love how I dont require many maintenance request but when I have, the experience was excellent, timely, and professional.
Beautiful complex very well kept and maintained. But the office is basically non existent since covid and there is a bug problem during spring/ summer that their pest control along doesnt solve you may have to do more of your own.
I have enjoyed living here and look forward to renewing my lease.
I relocated to AZ in April of this year and decided on moving into Almeria Ocotillo, and Wow, I was Amazed at the Beauty, the people in the rental office have all been Amazing. It is definitely the Best decision that I made moving here. If youre looking for a Great place to reside. This would definitely be a Wonderful choice
It is absolutely a fantastic place to live. The leasing staff is always friendly and helpful it is a beautiful and clean community. Super pet friendly with great amenities. I just renewed my Lease another 15 month (longest term I could) because I really love it here.

They look nice but nothing ever works and covid is an excuse for everything being closed. They’re getting run down I hated walking around in the evening and all my kids and I could smell was weed and hear loud music. When you move out they literally make up charges that they can’t explain.

The management staff is good, in my opinion.
Very nice community, the apartments are reasonably priced and the area seems safe. Plus you cant beat Hamilton High School. A few of the cabinets and other items are cheaply made but they are disguised well. They need valet trash and keyless entry.
Almeria is a wonderful place to live, great location and great, calm environment.
Almeria is very cozy and spacious. Very very affordable. I love that its a gated community also, it provides me with an extra sense of protection.
Very fast and speedy process! Great amenities for all and everyone needs. Spacious and wonderful clean rooms! Shaded parking is a big plus especially here in Az! Great experience all around in general!

Please be very careful in considering Almeria at Ocotillo! They have strict guidelines that you need to follow and they uphold none of their promises. If you have a pet, they will charge you through the roof for them including a dog DNA so that there is no dropping around the grounds. We noticed droppings all over the premises all of the time. At one point, we counted 20+ within the dog corral and that was fairly normal. They also said that the pool was heated during winter months to 84 degrees but that never happened and the hot tub was always dirty and full of debris! I would never consider them again!!!

Great if you are deaf or loud noises dont bother you. Otherwise pass this property by. Used to be a beautiful adult community. Now they rent to frat boys and large, loud families.
Almeria at Ocotillo is a great place to live. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, there is plenty of parking and the maintenance and office staff are phenomenal. The apartments are spacious and well-kept. They look great and have tons of character and storage. The property and amenities are beautiful. Living here makes me feel like I am on vacation at a resort.

I love the community, it is a very nice place to live. Plenty of green space to walk the dogs. Very dog friendly. The apartments are spacious and with very nice features. The floor plans are very nicely planned.

Almeria is a fine establishment to consider when looking for an apartment. They provide an assortment of pluses to living throughout the community and are low stress in my opinion. Been happily living her for 2 years and are satisfied with our selection of living.
Almeria is a beautiful property in a fantastic area with great apts.

At the present time I wouldnt choose the apartments since Luxury is just a word. Nothing in this apartment complex defines luxury except the price you pay

I have been living at Almeria for 7 months and have been very happy here. The apartment appears new, large kitchen and plenty of counter space and cupboards. I am surprised by the storage I have. I like the layout of the apartment , brings in light, nice veranda, private. I feel safe here, the surrounding area is lovely and safe to walk, the management is friendly and maintenance issues are addressed quickly.

Almeria by far is one of the most amazing communities I have lived in. Usually I cant wait to move from a community, but ask my husband and hell tell you, Iam not going anywhere if I can help it LOL!!! Office management is amazing, so kind and friendly. Maintenance is so friendly always waves hello when you are leaving or coming back. Never a bothered look on their faces even in the heat of the Arizona summer months. Overall, its just an amazing place.
Overall a great place to live. There is definitely room for improvements. Only one parking spot per apartment and very limited unassigned parking which often causes issues. Even though its gated people can still easily walk up to your front door from the street. I don't feel like the gate makes any difference anymore.

By far thee best people who work hard to make sure the community Looks fabulous. Maintenance are ALWAYS so nice and work with a smile. Ive never ever come across any of them or pass by with out them saying hello with a smile.
I just recently moved in and from the very beginning looking at Almeria and getting a tour through the model apartment to the move in day all the way up til now, I am very happy with the community and the Staff. Everyone is very nice and professional. I am pretty comfortable to say that I will probably stay here for a long time. My dogs even love it and Almeria is so Pet friendly which was also a very big part of my decision to move into Almeria at Ocotillo. 5 Stars from me

This is great community around this area of chandler. Very responsive staff and management. Management is very professional and address issue very well. People in community are great and very safe to live here. Excellent infrastructure and amenities.
This is the BEST place in Chandler to live especially if an apartment is your choice! You absolutely can't go wrong here. The amenities are off the chain and the management team is nothing short of phenomenal!
My Experience here at Almeria @Ocotillo has been great, I love the fact that management involves the tenants is awesome like one big happy family!
