The Alluvion is a beautiful place to live with super modern apartments. The pool, gym, and lounge area are amazing, and everything is always clean and well maintained. It’s in an unbeatable location right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. I love that you can literally walk downstairs to restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Management here is great. Mauricio, the property manager, has always been super helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to. He’s really on top of things and makes living here even better.I absolutely love this place and give it a full five stars. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve ever lived in!

The property itself is amazing. Probably one of the better properties if not the best that we toured. The units are just right for us. The views are great and the atmosphere not only outside of the building but inside are exactly what we were looking for. The staff was great! Living at Alluvion Las Olas has truly exceeded my expectations. I wake up every day to amazing views and love how peaceful and well-designed the space feels. It’s the little things that make a big difference, like how quiet the building is, how clean the common areas are kept, and how friendly the front desk and maintenance teams are. They always go out of their way to help, I’ve made great memories here, from hosting friends on the rooftop to quiet mornings working in the lounge with a coffee. The building was beautiful, but most importantly the leasing agent, Kat, was awesome!! She was super friendly, funny, and made the tour seem as if a friend was showing us apartments. Although we didn’t end up with this building due to personal reasons, I would definitely recommend seeking her out if anyone was interested in leasing here. If we had not gone elsewhere, we definitely would’ve leased here because of her.

Top notch amenities, amazing location, the building is amazing and beautifully maintained. What really sets Alluvion apart from the rest of the buildings is the office team. Kat, their leasing agent, was very accommodating and personable. The managers, Marilou and Mauricio, made my leasing experience easy and quick. I’ve lived at The Alluvion for over a year now, and it’s been an overall fantastic experience. The amenities here truly set it apart, which include a steam room, sauna and massage chairs. The pool is lovely—getting plenty of sun throughout the day. The common areas are well-maintained, with a modern interior design. I appreciate the clean and welcoming vibe throughout. The neighbors are friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community, which makes living here feel more like being part of a neighborhood than just renting an apartment. One feature that I especially love is the on-site hair salon. It’s so convenient, and the stylist/colourist is top notch. Overall, I highly recommend The Alluvion for anyone looking for a place that offers both convenience and a sense of community. The amenities, location, and atmosphere really make it stand out.

Living here at the Alluvion is like waking up to a luxury vacation every day! The amenities are by far thee best in the South Florida area between the infinity hot tub, resort-style pool & endless community areas as well as steam room & sauna. Not only do they have amazing amenities & features, but the staff makes it feel like home. The entire staff made the move in process seamless. Marilou, Mauricio, Roger, & Luis are extremely helpful, friendly & truly make you feel like you are family. The Maintenance Team is fantastic, quick to respond, & have stellar craftmanship. Saving the best for last - the Alluvion is extremely pet-friendly! They even have their own pet spa & doggie park which makes dog mom life extremely convenient. Overall, I am super happy here & love that fact that I can walk out my front door & be directly on the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk! Highly recommend!
