Kat was super friendly and patient with my decision on my new home. She followed up and answered all my questions very quickly and made my move in process super easy! Alluvion Las Olas is a stunning property. We had an amazing experience. Spacious and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The Alluvion is a beautiful place to live with super modern apartments. The pool, gym, and lounge area are amazing, and everything is always clean and well maintained. It’s in an unbeatable location right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. I love that you can literally walk downstairs to restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Management here is great. Mauricio, the property manager, has always been super helpful, responsive, and easy to talk to. He’s really on top of things and makes living here even better.I absolutely love this place and give it a full five stars. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve ever lived in!

Living at alluvion has been nothing but incredible, the building is beautiful, the amenities are TOP NOTCH and could you ask for a better location? The property itself is amazing. Probably one of the better properties if not the best that we toured. The units are just right for us. The views are great and the atmosphere not only outside of the building but inside are exactly what we were looking for. The staff was great! The building was beautiful, but most importantly the leasing agent, Kat, was awesome!! She was super friendly, funny, and made the tour seem as if a friend was showing us apartments. Although we didn’t end up with this building due to personal reasons, I would definitely recommend seeking her out if anyone was interested in leasing here. Living here at the Alluvion is like waking up to a luxury vacation every day! The amenities are by far thee best in the South Florida area between the infinity hot tub, resort-style pool & endless community areas as well as steam room & sauna. Not only do they have amazing amenities & features, but the staff makes it feel like home. The entire staff made the move in process seamless. Marilou, Mauricio, Roger, & Luis are extremely helpful, friendly & truly make you feel like you are family. The Maintenance Team is fantastic, quick to respond, & have stellar craftmanship. Saving the best for last - the Alluvion is extremely pet-friendly! They even have their own pet spa & doggie park which makes dog mom life extremely convenient. Overall, I am super happy here & love that fact that I can walk out my front door & be directly on the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk! Highly recommend!
