Beautiful apartment and location. Great property. Extremely expensive. Repairs on appliances are not covered. Some staff is vindictive. Some staff are threatening or intimidating. Staff may throw away your belongings and lie to your face.
It’s a very uncomplicated and easy community to live in. Very good location.

My roommate and I moved into Allure by Windsor at the end of April 2024, and we have been dealing with a roach infestation since day one. Despite repeatedly reaching out to the management team, the problem has only gotten worse. Their response has always been the same: "We understand," but they’ve done nothing to fix the issue. We pay for pest control every month, but clearly, it’s not enough. Management keeps promising the pest control services (remediation) will fix the issue, but the infestation persists. We’ve asked about the possibility of moving apartments or breaking our lease without penalty, but months have passed, and we are still living with roaches. There is dog poop all over the community and there is an inadequate amount of parking. To call this a 'luxury' apartment is far-fetched. The lack of accountability, action, and communication from management is beyond frustrating. It’s clear they do not care about their tenants' concerns or comfort. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Maintenance is A ! They come quickly, are very friendly, and do a great job. Our dog loves them as well. There definitely seems to be an ant issue (I believe there’s an infestation in the walls or floors). Exterminator efforts could be increased. The pool, gym, steam room, and overall landscaping are amazing. We feel very lucky to be here. Improvements that could be made: - replace moldy lounge chairs by pool as well as moldy or dirty outdoor furniture - replace ping pong table - clean sidewalks with gum - fix scratches in elevators - confirm if there is plastic recycling or not - one resident told me there was Thank you!

it’s chill, more of a family complex than a college complex. mostly young adults, fresh graduates, or literal families. not a college vibe but chill
Very poor, never had a basic request done before 2-3 times calling. Even having the black mold issue no one is responding. No one ever get in touch. They are closing the work order showing like they did something. Unacceptable

After almost one year of renting from this place I decided that I have to give an update and change my ratings. What a nightmare it has been! Literally not even a week after settling in my car got booted!!!! I had to pay $75. It is difficult to find parking and even when you contact the office they tell you to park at other buildings and WALK to your apartment! I have the email as proof. How rude!!! Please do not rent from this community!!! When you do the initial viewing they show you the nicest appliances but when you actually move in they are old. I had to contact maintenance a couple times about the washer and dryer because my clothes kept getting stuck until they finally replaced the appliance. The dishwasher is old. The microwave is old and the refrigerator is old. Even my air conditioner stopped working at one point this past summer!!! Maintenance is responsive but the place is old. They charge you every month for pest control but yet I am still seeing insects throughout my apartment, even after they spray. And trust me I am a person who is exceptionally clean. Which brings me to my next major issue - the fees that are charged ON TOP OF YOUR RENT!!! BEWARE: They charge you for water, sewer, trash, pest and admin fees EVERY MONTH and the price is never the same!! They did not disclose this to me when I signed the lease, it was hidden. And they WILL nickel and dime you for every little thing. The area is quiet but for Boca Raton you can find a much nicer community for the price they are charging. It is NOT WORTH IT and I cannot wait to end my lease!!!!!!

I have lived here for over a year and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff is terrific!!! I have had no problems or complaints. I feel that the staff cannot do enough for me. I already re-signed another lease. Very pleased and very comfortable here.

I have been a resident at the Allure ?? for the last four years. Although my primary house is in Philadelphia, I am here for 7 to 8 months out of the year. I left last year and bought a house and then I missed being here at the Allure ??, sold my house and now I’m back again. Everybody who works for the company is friendly, kind, and very helpful. The property is always maintained and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

Overall, it is fine, but sometimes during weekend, it is quite noisy even after 11pm. There are still party and loud music.
I have lived here at Allure by Windsor for 7 years, since they opened. Are there a few things I would change, yes, but for the most part I enjoy living here very much . It’s a family oriented neighborhood, with the sound of children and singing birds. The location is convenient. I enjoy living so close to the El Rio Trail, to walk and enjoy nature. Since day 1 Allure has maintained the property landscaping.
I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I’m very satisfied with the staff response to any issues. The grounds are well-maintained and the facilities meet my needs.
We loved to live there, however our dislikes since day one was the condition of cleaness of hallways and catwalks where pet hair, spills and stains remained too long for a property of the level of Allure, daily cleaning is a must for a property with open hallways. Also, the astronomical increase in our security deposit after 2 years being residents was our only reason to move-out. In our minds that shouldn't happened but isn't in our hands.
Allure by Windsor is an adequate apartment complex. For new tenants, it’s important to note that ceiling fixtures (lights and fans) are not included in the bedrooms or living area. There was significant miscommunication about who would install these fixtures after purchasing my own, which led to a lot of frustration.
I love living here, the rent continuing to raise would be the only reason I would look for someplace else.
I would highly recommend Allure. Leasing staff are awesome to deal with. Great place to live

I like the transparency of management. When issues arise, we are informed and explanations are provided. Any maintenance issues I have had have been address quickly. The community is friendly, and residents seem to have a care and concern for their community. I enjoy living here.

it was bad. i had my air conditioning go out and it is summer. I put in a request in the morning at 7 am and never got a staff member to come and fix it the entire day.Then i called the emergency line 2 separate times and they said they would have someone call me and no one ever did. A staff member showed up un-announced and did not fix anything she just vacuumed the AC unit and said someone would be there in the morning and no one ever came
The Leasing team here is awesome! The property manager Kayla, was super helpful and Harper with the leasing team did a fantastic job at following up with me throughout the process. Highly recommend living here, loving it so far!

Overpriced by the quality of basic services: poor air conditioning system/unit in apartment, low quality of appliances and no disposition to solve issues. Elevator has been out for way too long time, grill as well.
I have moved 22 times in my entire life. My overall experience with this community is only fair to good. Some things happened that really upset both myself and my husband. 1. Two days before move we almost did not move-in because Allure needed a certified check as first payment. We ended up having to get Windsor at Doral leasing office to contact you ensuring that we NEVER missed a payment and we wanted to use our BILT card... this finally got resolved although it was nerve-wracking to say the least. 2. When I opened the apartment #204 for the first time, it was filthy. Floors were dirty, ants on kitchen counters, fridge and oven dirty, we still have marks on the floors and on wall in kitchen that will need repair. Thank you to the property manager for giving us one parking space for our lease.
Allure has a great staff that goes well beyond expectations to help and support the residents.
Overall things are good, except for the problem of smoking that people smoke in the apartments, in the pool, and nothing is being done - even though we all sign for non smoking environment.
Allure is quick to respond to maintenance issues. Service tech's are friendly and willing to discuss and help with whatever issues come up. Thanks, Allure.
Well designed, spacious apartment! My boyfriend and I love it here. We are so close to everything! (dining, groceries, gym, etc.)
I truly enjoy living at Allure by Windsor. I have lived here for 5 years and it feels like home and not just a place where I live. The community is made up of a diverse group of residents of varying cultures, ages and family size. I enjoy the sounds of dogs, birds and kids playing in the courtyard. Residents smile and are friendly. There is a lovely walking trail near by and the property is in close proximity to I-95 for quick access. Service requests are responded to in a timely manner.
Cleaning services need to be improved. Have discussed this for a year plus. Even during Covid, cleaning was terrible.
Excellent maintenance service. Came to perform the service requested within 2 hours of placing the order.
I love this community! From the convenience of the residents app to the people who works here and always provide the best services and events. Almost 3 years and counting, thank you!
