I do not recommend this apartment! Better find another one! Very bad management! There are huge cockroaches in the apartment periodically! The parking lot is always dirty and has a disgusting smell of garbage! The elevators break down very often and take a very long time to fix! In the common room the communal computer does not work, they can not replace the battery in the mouse, although they have been told to do so, just ignore it. The coffee machine very often doesn't have glasses. The pass systems on some doors often don't work, they are just open. The common areas are not cared for, there is no water outside near the grills, it is turned off, always. All grills are in poor condition and it is not pleasant to cook anything on them. The hallway often smells like marijuana, very unpleasant odor! But the most important thing is the management who just ignores requests. Jep will answer you 1 message out of 10 and tell you that he doesn't have time to deal with your problems. I was rented an apartment with an electricity leak and the problem has not been solved for 3 months now. Electricity bills are increasing and the management can not do anything about it, only sends to the energy company (Duke energy), the energy company comes at my request, checks the electric meter and reports that it is in good order. But for a 1 bedroom apartment it's 1300kwh!!! for a month! Bills for $200-300, this is despite the fact that I do not use AC, whaterheater is set to minimum, and from morning to evening I work, and the apartment is not turned on any energy consumers! All the neighbors I have met have a bad opinion of this apartment complex.

on the first day of our arrival - the carpets smelled of dog urine. we couldn't open the door for a long time because the door latch was broken. i complained about the button on the toilet flush tank, it still hasn't been done (almost 1.5 months), my toilet is leaking. terrible management!!!! They ignore letters, do not answer questions, do not solve your problems, they say that it is not their problem. I sincerely do not advise to move into these apartments. please listen to me before making this mistake. this is not only my opinion, but also people who live here. from the pluses a large parking lot and a good area of the apartments, but it is not worth it.

We’re living in Allure from last 2 years. This review is regarding a recent incident that happened with us when we lost our apartment keys and fob during a vacation. Allure staff, specifically Hailey, Perry and Teresa were very helpful by giving us a quick service by helping us enter late in the evening. Next day Perry made a set of keys and later also helped jumped start my car. I really thank them appreciate their professionalism and quick help.

S2 Residential has ruined the place. If you have children please do not let them live here. Illegal activity going on, noise, people renting out on Air BnB (see for yourself). Rude and incompetent staff. I can’t wait to get out of here. Overnight rave went on this weekend- leasing office could not care less about complaints.
They will just take away your money and not answer your phone calls, STAY AWAY!
Don’t walk… RUN away from this place. S2 Residential has RUINED this property. Building is not secure - controlled access points are turned off, pipes are leaking in the garage, gates are broken, etc. This property is completely unkept and the communication from staff is nonexistent unless they are trying to stick residents with a new bill or service that only benefit them. And don’t get me started with FETCH, a third-party middle man for shipping that is unaccredited by the BBB. Save yourself the time and headache, look elsewhere.
DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE. LIVE ELSEWHERE. Something is always broken. Sheetrock destroyed, access gates broken. Oil stains in parking lot. Allure used to be Southpark's jewel, now it is the coal. They added Fetch which delivers packages 3 days later to your door not a lockbox downstairs plus Fetch costs about an extra $20 per month to have your packages stolen. Read the BBB on Fetch!!!! Read the reviews packages are always getting stolen!!! Pool is nice but like a toga party, 1 resident brings 25 guests. Saw a late term pregnant woman standing in the pool get nailed by a soccer ball in the face from drunk kids.
Allure is a nice place to live but their package policy is a real inconvenience. All packages must be delivered offsite and brought to you by Fetch. The service is unreliable and creates a significant delay. I do not recommend moving here if you do any online shopping.
Allure was actually one of the better apartments we’ve ever lived at. However, over the course of the last several months this place has become unkept and mismanaged. Our packages used to be delivered through the Luxer One system. This service is great and although sometimes they get overfilled, they’re at least locked in a package room with controlled access. It works great and we get our packages on time. Now the management is switching to a package service called “Fetch” which is a middle-man for your packages. It has terrible reviews and is essentially third-party workers for packages. We must use a new coded address rather than my own address. I’ve already used it once and my package was delivered to their facility at 10am and I didn’t receive it until 8pm. This service, on top of the usual broken exit gate, broken elevators, trash laying around the hallway, and more has caused this apartment building to deteriorate fast! If the building was properly maintained by management and this Fetch package service wasn’t forced on us, this would actually be a 4-5 Star review!
Since the new owners have taken over, the communications have dropped off. The portal was down for an extended period when they first took over. Now when the coffee machine is down or the gates are broken, no emails go out. It is dangerous to go to the back garage exit and not have it lift to exit. Maintenance requests are also not responded to. I am most displeased that we are being forced to use Fetch package service which means all shipments have to go to a specific address offsite. This is not a convenience as it is being billed, but an unnecessary nuisance. I wish the new owners would focus on fixing these things, also to include the fire pits. This is such a nice place to live in. It’s very quiet and in a great area. The apartment itself is very modern with hardwood floors and high ceilings which I love. No complaints from me.

Stay **FAR** away. I have never experienced management like this in my life. You are nothing but a number. First, I was told upon lease signing that smoking was not permitted in the apartments. When I moved in, my unit STANK of stale smoke, so much so that I was coughing constantly. I did everything under the sun to get rid of the smell (including wiping every surface, which came up black with obvious cigarette residue, windows open for days, 4 air fresheners, dryer sheets pinned all over, etc). I contacted leasing, who told me that it was $1,000 to transfer to a different unit. I settled and paid $500 to move to a unit in which I could breathe. I was not happy, but not one to make a fuss. Second, the dogs in the building are out of control. There is pee in the elevators all the time, poop all over the property, and they bark constantly. The noise in general is unreal - if you like sleeping with your windows open, pick another place. Third, the building is not secure. The elevator at the main entrance was not key fob operated for the first two months I was here. Anyone could have walked in and gained access to all floors. People wait in their cars around the back of the building for a resident to open the garage and then they race into the garage after you and park. Yes, I have brought all of this up to management several times. Fourth, I found major oversights in their lease documents, specifically surrounding their smoking policy (I have never smoked). I read every lease in full and have photos of the oversight within the document. This complex has been, as I was told by the leasing office, charging ex-residents cleaning fees when they have smoked in their apartment, when in fact their own legal document contradicts that (specifically states that smoking is allowed AND not allowed, all in the same document). Lastly, the management. This was the tipping point for me. I didn't write my 60-day notice "the right way", so they decided not to accept it, and then DIDN'T TELL ME. Lo and behold, I went back through the lease AGAIN, and it turns out they did not attach any form to fill out, or give any kind of guidance on how they would like you to give your notice. They do not care about their residents. I have lived in a lot of different communities and this is the WORST I have EVER experienced. I do not leave reviews like this without good reason. If management decides to make things right, i'll update this review with their actions.

I love living at Allure. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are awesome, especially the pool and theater areas. The leasing office staff are very nice and professional as well as the maintenance staff. I've never encountered any issues and I am enjoying this perfect location in the midst of the best ever shopping and amenities!

Nice property. Very noisy. No difference in regards to the noise between this property and another one at half of the price. You can hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. You hear all possible noises, like every step they take. The concierge does not do anything about that

Front office is simply amazing. Having the space in the apt plus secured parking was hard to find in the city when I had to start my search to relocate to Charlotte at the end of July. I found a good balance at Allure. The clubhouse space is always a nice area to meet neighbors, get free Starbucks coffee or if you're like me and work from home, to change up scenery from time to time. I'm glad I moved in and wouldn't change my venue at this point even if I could. (AB)
