The leasing team was wonderful and very helpful, I really love the atmosphere in the apartments neighbors are cool and the location is very convenient.
Experience was good. Staff made sure I was taken care of. Only complaint is the noise from the trucking company nearby but other than that, the community is good.

Leasing agents are all amazing. Maintenance request are filled promptly. I don’t like the guest parking and that they boot cars that are not registered it’s a great inconvenience. I see someone’s car booted everyday. And that’s embarrassing to drive around your complex and see boots on guest cars. It’s very clean and dog friendly. Community events are amazing.
I've really enjoyed living at Allora Eastland. It's quiet, nice, and peaceful—perfect for anyone looking to relax and feel at home. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, spacious, and built with good quality finishes. It's a great place to live if you value comfort and a calm environment.

Love the leasing staff and the floorplans size/layout. Clubhouse and gym are nice. Only downside is it seems that the walls are thinner than they should be for such a new building.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and overall, I absolutely love it. The space feels fresh and welcoming, with lots of natural light and a layout that really suits my lifestyle. The kitchen is modern, the bathroom is clean and stylish, and the bedroom has just the right amount of coziness. One small issue I encountered was glue spots on the floor—probably leftover from the previous tenant. It took some effort to get them off, but once they were gone, the place felt perfect. The building is quiet, the neighbors seem friendly, and the location is super convenient for both work and leisure. Despite the initial cleanup, I’m really happy with my new place. It already feels like home, and I’m excited to start this new chapter of my life here. The apartment is definitely a great find.

Random boots on cars after only being parked for 5 min, random trash fines- They have charged me for leaving a box to be picked up with my trash bag… mind you we pay for trash pickup…. , noisey, rude people moving in. The apartments are really nice though. I just wish they didn’t make it so hard to have guests when I live here…..

Everything was perfect. Staff is and leasing agents are very nice and helpful. The amenities are always kept clean and tidy. There isn’t much noise ever within the apartment.

Ever since I moved in the beginning of January, everything has been exactly what I imagine. A dog loves the dog park and I love to go to the business center or to sit by the pool and work my packages come smoothly and my trash is always taken care of, I love my apartment. Everything is clean.

The staff has been amazing here at Allora. They’re very helpful and most of the neighbors are nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff resting quickly to service requests. While I do wish there was more equipment in the gym, everything has been wonderful.

The people were great, super responsive. When I moved in there are probably about 75 dead ants littered throughout the apartment. I guess I am glad they were dead?

I enjoy the clean area of my community. The fact that everything is so close by is amazing. There are two bus stops on both corners. I feel safe.

I love love love my apartment! I’m enjoying the quietness for now since it’s not many residents in my building. I love how the maintenance team tends to keeping our property clean and solving any maintenance issues in a timely manner. The leasing staff are amazing and always there to answer any questions!

The complex is clean, pristine, and the leasing office was very professional and kind. The amenities are great and everything looks so well-taken care of. 10 out of 10 stars for Allora!

So far so good. Very quiet and lots of space in the apartment. A ton of parking available which is great. The leasing agents were all wonderful and I'm glad I chose Allora Eastland as my home for the next year. l Can't wait to make it my own.

Great neighborhood, it’s quiet and the apartment is extremely spacious. And the apartment is a decent distance from the street which is good and close to everything in the city.

Nice apartment with amazing team office! Lily is the best! She got me the best view with a pool and the floor I asked for! Plus it’s near my job which make it better and better! All the team was helpful when I tired to do my application. Good job guys ??

I love the location, the amenities like the conference/study rooms, and the events for the residents. The office staff is cordial and the maintenance men are awesome. The grounds are also well-maintained However, I feel as though the valet trash and paying for parking are money grabs and unnecessary especially when the “trash fairies” only want to take two bags at a time and the parking is not covered and extremely plentiful. I also wish the community provided a real dumpster for larger items and boxes versus a few residential-sized recycle cans for a property of this size. Despite this, it is a nice place to live in the city at this time.

nice, brand new, quiet neighborhood! Friendly staff! Lots of kitchen storage space, Clean apartments (besides the ants) Walls are a lil thin and I can hear other ppls music sometimes but it doesn’t bother me, I LOVE IT.
