Everything has stayed the same in my opinion since moving in. The property change the valet trash company and I liked the other one better. This company does not come on time and sometimes never comes so I take the trash myself. It’s a little frustrating because I have a baby and this defeats the purpose of paying for valet trash every month.

Thus far my experience has been pleasant. The parking rules are too strict and not realistic for multiple guests or potentially having guests for holidays. The course should not be restricted. My unit is nice but my new neighbors are noisy at times. The floors sound like they echo. The outside of the building could be cleaned up of outside bugs and spider webs more often.

Great community. It’s pretty quiet, office staff is very attentive and maintenance requests are answered quickly. Maintenance staff actually maintain the property well and Mr. Tracy especially is a pleasure to have around the property and is always there with a kind greeting and sharing a laugh

Beautiful apartment and nice amenities, but lacking on security. No gates and anyone can enter as they please. I already seen homeless people sitting on the outside of people’s apartment (walk up stoops) on the bottom floor. Hopefully they will add a gate or some sort of security system soon.

So far this has truly been a pleasant experience, moving in was so easy! The entire staff is so friendly and super helpful! I even enjoy my neighbors who are also nice. I live towards the front so I enjoy how quiet the property is and how close I am to all the amenities. The unit is absolutely beautiful and constructed so well, I had a few minor things that needed taking care of maintenance came same day!

I’m so glad I stopped by in May. I applied the same day, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. some neighbors are rude as more ppl move in. other than that, still love it. Clean, Quiet, no crime, get amenities. Move in while you can because they are filling up!

Firstly this apartment complex is great! The apartment not only has great amenities but a wonderful staff. Jeremiah helped me so much with getting into the complex and Lilly is always so happy when you speak to her. The staff even made me a birthday card and signed it which was the sweetest thing. The price is worth it and the complex is always clean so 10/10.

So far I love it here. I love how bright my apartment is. The complex is big enough to get a nice walk in and I love the pool. We’re pretty close to an eatery that I can’t wait to try.

Its been just over 30 days and so far I love it here. It has been very peaceful and easy going. I am taking up all the amenities. The workers have been very welcoming and so have some of the members in the community.

I haven't been at Allora Eastland for long, but I really love it so far. My apartment is very spacious and was clean when I moved in. All of the community amenities are well maintained, and I appreciate the 24/7 gym and mail room access. Parking for myself and guests is also very easy to find. Lastly, the community feels very safe and is close to multiple shopping centers and places to eat.

Besides the fact that we do not trust the after hours Community Officer, everything else is good. The move in process was smooth and I'm excited about other options for moving within Range Water.

"I really love living at this property! The grounds are always clean, maintenance is professional and friendly, and the leasing team is truly amazing. I especially appreciate the grilling stations throughout the community and the onsite gym—it’s the little things like that that make everyday life easier. My apartment is super chic too, which I love. If I had to pick one downside, I’d say the balcony is a bit small, and as someone who’s 6ft tall, the fridge feels a little tiny for me. But overall, the positives definitely outweigh the negatives!

I love the community. It stays clean maintenance try’s very hard to keep it up. I just hope the rent doesn’t go up 2 much for the tenants can’t afford to live there

My tour with Kayla was absolutely amazing. The moment me and my boyfriend stepped foot into the leasing office we were greeting with a warm welcome and enthusiasm! We toured a 1 bedroom and fell in love instantly. We were so excited that we did a look and lease and was approved in a matter of days.
