Overall my experience living here at the beginning was wonderful. But for the last few months stay here has been sad! Property manager is rude and not fair to all residents! I will not recommend these apartments to anyone because of the way I was treated

I love love love living at Allora. It's only been about 3 months since I moved in, and I don't have much complaints, but what I will complain about is the new pool rules. When I moved, there was very minimal rules regarding the pool, and there was no rules regarding how many guests I can and cannot have.. I understand an incident happened in June, however I feel its extremely unfair to limit guests like myself who was not there due to one bad apple in the batch. I have a sister with 3 children and a mom who I see multiple times a week, on top of friends and other family who I interact with and who come visit me at my home. Now I'm having to limit my visits and fun times at the pool with my loved ones due to the 2 person guest rule. And what makes it worse is our pool is never packed so limiting guests is just annoying for me and my people. The times that I frequent the pool, there is never more than 10-15 people there, max.

Love the community! Love the different floor plans and nearby shopping places! Starbucks and a gas station is right there on the corner. The amenities and club house is top tier! My apartment unit is beautiful.

I was told the unit was walked the morning of and it was good, received my keys. I was not accompanied to inspect with leasing agent .The move in clean was not sufficient.

So far, this community seems very peaceful, and the administrative staff are AMAZING! Huge shoutout to Ebonie and Shayla. They made the leasing and move on process a Breeze!!
Lack of Responsiveness, impossible to sleep due to noisy neighbors disrupting peace and quiet of others, hallways not cleaned, miscommunication and messy front office staff.
I definitely recommend moving here 10/10 , great area , very quiet and the apartments are soo nice ! definitely worth $1400 plus the amenities and etc
Apartments are nice, and the community is quiet. The apartment building is spacious, and closets are a great size. I also really like the floor plan as well

It’s been good so far nothing bad has happened and everybody is friendly to one another. I haven’t had any problems besides when people who don’t live out there park any where.
