Crownhill Park is a small neighborhood and commercial hub about 10 miles north of Downtown San Antonio. Crownhill Park has plenty of amenities, so residents can enjoy themselves while staying close to home. The eastern portion of the neighborhood is dominated by rentals while the western and southern ends feature shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Locally owned places like Fitzgerald's Bar and Diversions Game Room (an old-school arcade), Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and North Star Mall provide residents with several options for entertainment.
Its proximity to Loop 410 makes Crownhill Park a great choice for commuters, as they can easily drive to other parts of San Antonio. Frequent travelers also enjoy living here, as the neighborhood sits a short two-mile drive away from San Antonio International Airport. This is very new and has amazing amenities, a central location you cannot ask for a better location as you are in the center of San Antonio. You are literally a minute away from three major highways and you're surrounded with every possible shopping center, restaurant, Mall, hotels and a minute away from the airport. The employees here work as a team and it is amazing to receive their support and their immediate response to any concerns. This has definitely changed living in a home as this community has made it easy to get spoiled with the property and available amenities.

Wonderful place to live . Excellent and clean property, great staff and and very helpful maintenance workers
My day started with meeting Salena at the leasing office and she was very attentive to my needs. She kept in contact wirh me weekly as I transitioned in. I was excited to be able to obtain an ADA unit and loving all the great amenties and service received so far. Eveeyone has been amazing at the office. And although much more of this community needs to be filled, i hope it continues with the same vetting. Again it's a difference being on this community but definitely enjoying it. Thank you all for your hard work, kindness and professionalism.

Everything from the moment I walked in for a tour has been a breeze at Allora. Staff is extremely helpful, non-pushy, & very personable which I appreciated. The application process was short & simple. I had an issue with our dryer not working when moving in but the Allora staff and maintenance was very quick to solve the problem.

Great location! Nice, quiet units with high quality interior finishes and great service.I was nervous about noise from the Airport and 281, but you can’t hear either at all!

I came to Texas from NYC and I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision. But since I have taken up residence here in Allora of Alamo Heights, I am so much more satisfied. The community is like a “dream come true” and I feel very safe and confident about the total experience. I would urge anyone who is looking for a place where they can get a great deal of support, Allora is the best place. I sometimes wonder if they didn’t hand pick the potential residents. I absolutely love it here! Maintenance is super fast! They are so friendly and get back to you right away. Front desk office is so nice and helpful! Got us into a place very quick! Neighbors here are so nice. Just a great place to be at overall 10/10 recommend

This is my first few weeks at Allora and I have loved it. The staff is knowledgeable and responsive. I loved the ease of setting up electric, wifi, and packages. Also, the valet trash is absolutely consistence every day. So impressed!

Love my New place . When I get home , the property is nice and clean. When I walk into my apartment I feel like I'm at a Luxary Hotel.
Staff is awesome, very approachable and friendly. Environment is clean and neighbors are friendly. This is by far the BEST experience I've had in my renting history. If there are any issues, there is a documenting system and are addressed in a timely manner.
