Overall excellent place to live. The only downside is that it is very expensive, but it is very high quality for a upper middle class, suburban housing location in this late stage capitalist day and age.

I absolutely loved my time living at Allez. The property is kept clean, it’s quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and there are a bunch of cute dogs. It’s conveniently located and the River Trail Roasters on the first floor is a life saver when you need a quick snack or some caffeine. The Sammamish River Trail is right behind the complex and is great if you enjoy walking, running, biking or kayaking. The best thing about living at Allez, however, is the staff. I would frequently find myself having a chat when I went downstairs and my dog was always ecstatic to see them. Angel, Matt, Chris, Willow, and Charlie add that extra touch that makes Allez amazing. Any time I had an issue or a question they were quick to respond and super helpful. I’ve recently moved across the country but I (and my dog) really miss everyone at Allez.
Ive had the best experience living at Allez. The property is beautiful, its in a great location, and the access to the river trail local shops/events cant be beat. The leasing team is kind and professional. Theyre happy to answers any questions/concerns. Allez is/has been a wonderful place to live!

allez has the most beautiful apartments, is pet friendly (though they don't allow wolfs nor anacondas! unacceptable... jk ;) ), has awesome staff (what's up Angel), secure/covered parking, and a gym, though no barbells because sneaky people steal them :(. Highly recommend

My move out experience was awful, and from their shady behavior surrounding the entire situation I would have to recommend that no one move in unless you are looking to get scammed. I had to move out early because I was relocating to a different city, and had about three months left on my rent. I was told that my options were to: A) Find a new resident to take over the lease, B) Pay a two month termination fee, or C) Pay the rest of the rent and give back my keys, in which case the unit would be available for rent on the website one week afterwards, and when a new resident moved in, I would get a refund for the remaining days left on my lease. I elected for option C and gave back my keys, as it was the summer and there were very few apartments available at the time. The day that I handed back the keys, the website accurately reflected the availability date of one week from move out. However, the moment I paid the remainder of the rent a few days later, the availability date on the website jumped to EIGHT WEEKS later, almost the end of my original lease. What? I email them, and they said that they never guaranteed a specific date, only told me the average which was seven days. I unfortunately was stupid enough to not specify the agreed upon availability date in my written 20 day notice, so I apparently now have no legal rights to the apartment that I am paying for every day of the next three months. I tried to get in contact with them about possible alternatives, but now they won't respond to my emails. Very unprofessional.
This is the best place in Redmond to live!! Management and maintenance here are AWESOME!

I LOVE Allez! My experience living here has been so wonderful. I moved here from out of state and felt very out of place and nervous. Angel made me feel at home here, comfortable and taken care of. This is a great property to live in at a great price. Walking distance to everything, and wonderful management that takes care of you and makes you feel heard.
Best part about Allez is Angel one of the property management; she knows customer service and takes care of the tenants!
The apartment buiding is neat & clean and the staff very helpful & respond quickly to any issues. Best location in Redmond
We have been in Allez for 4 and half yrs very comfortably and will be longer.
Great leasing office staff! They’re willing to help you in any way possible. Apartments are updated and the gym is great!
