My husband Terry and I have lived here 5 years and have always had a good relationship with the leasing office staff and maintenance. I must give a huge thank you to Ashley, the assistant manager for her consistency, she is professional, courteous, and so kind. Whatever we have needed she has delivered without hesitation. I recently had the best experience with the maintenance manager Robert on 3/14/22. He not only fixed what was on my work order but he went above and beyond and added an additional fix to a problem that wasn’t on the list. He is was just fantastic, professional, peaceful and attentive to details and everything was fixed perfectly. We’ve seen a few staffs come and go but this one is by far the best!! Keep up the good work!!

I’ve been living here a few years now and the front office management was great, but ever since AMC took over it’s gone downhill and fast. The front office staff is clueless and everything you ask about no one knows a thing and They don’t return calls or emails. They can’t even get basic spelling correct on the emails going to their residents very unprofessional. And to top it off they painted the apts bright white with ugly looking LED lights that attracted swarms of bugs at night. A bunch of mysterious “taxes” on the rent and no one can explain what they’re for. Don’t live here. Oh and the gates never work and when they do, the codes to let guests in don’t. They also don’t do a thing if people park in your assigned parking spot and and they force you to park on the street when people are in your spot when you pay rent! All they have are useless stickers to warn people but won’t actually tow anyone. Can’t wait to leave here

We just moved in this month and we had a few small fixes for the apt and after the requests were put in they came immediately to fix them! The grounds are quiet and CLEAN and so are the apts and the model they show you looks exactly like the move in ready units. Also it’s gated and the Gates always work very safe ! Love living here so far !

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management at this apartment complex needs to hire an official accountant to look over their files thoroughly, keep the office staffed so nobody is waiting, and just be more organized in general. My grandfather has lived at this place since June 2017 and it has been nothing but a terrible rollercoaster. Keep in mind my grandfather is 90yrs old, a veteran, and disabled. My grandfather was told that he was able to get the first month of rent free and he moved in with no issues. He has diligently paid his rent and caused no problems. Now it’s 2018 and we’re being told that one of their employees was doing some shady things with the rental accounts, that my grandfather wasn’t approved for the first month and now owes some back money in rent. They didn’t even give him a notice to appear in court and on the day of court he was IN THE HOSPITAL. Now the front office is threatening to kick my 90yr old grandfather out on the streets. This is truly disgusting and unlawful. My grandfather even paid TWO MONTHS of rent in advance and there was never a problem. He goes to pay for February rent and is told he’s being evicted. How can these people live with themselves? Not only do they not know how to count correctly but they don’t even take care of the apartment community. There is literally dog poop everywhere, there have been instances of the police being called multiple times, the apartments are NOT luxurious, etc. I’m still trying to figure out how someone who pays their rent every month and even paid in advance is getting evicted. Why should my grandfather have to suffer for the actions of THEIR employee? Not only that but if my grandfather really wasn’t approved for that first month, why did it take management 8 months to figure it out? If you are looking for a place in ahwatukee there are so many other places to consider. Don’t make this one of them. I apologize for the long rant but it makes my skin crawl that this is considered acceptable behavior from a professional business.
Recently I moved to this complex and I still can't get over how nicely kept the facilities and grounds are. Instead of staying at a hotel, I feel like I'm living at hotel--a nice one. The grounds and 2 pools have the best amenities and a nice gas grill included at the front pool. The club house having been recently remodeled has an a modern open and spacious style about it and the gym with its several windows surrounded by the manicured gardens gives it a sharp light feel. My unit was not refurbished but it feels that way and I particularly like the crown molding in the main room. New paint, and super clean; but I love having the laundry facilities right in my unit, It is a quiet neighborhood but I like the fact that when I want to take a longer run I can easily get on to the tails of the South Mountain regional park with out needing to use a car. And the library is right next door too. I have been here for about 4 months and can't sight any faults. A great place to be, I really like it here.
The apartment plans are nice and big. The area is obviously nice, considering it's Ahwatukee. But the maintenance is absolutely terrible. Takes them over a week to even come and TRY to fix things. If they aren't able to fix something, don't expect them back for at least another week. They are also pretty unfriendly. Most of the neighbors are pretty scary and I'm usually uncomfortable walking around the complex. They never call you back if you call the office. They honestly don't even act like they care. Applying to even lease an apartment is difficult. Try somewhere else down the street, they're probably about the same price anyway.
My name is Brandi. I've lived at Allegro Luxury Apartments for six months. I am in between buying houses, I just sold my Gilbert family home in a gated community. I'm going to renew my lease for another year due to these facts; It's gated, beautiful landscaping and dog loving, beautiful pools with gas grills, great prices and floor plans and patios. Great shopping, restaurants and you can hear three live bands within two miles. But mainly to the assets of the company; there is Crispin the manager, Jr manager of maintenance, Tanya, and Coral from the leasing office. These dedicated employees are always professional, courteous, and care about the people who reside here. So thank you, I am no hurry to buy a home in the Foothills
Hello, my name is Brandon. I also live in Allegro Luxury Apartments and have for 5 years. I have 4 girls and one 6 month old. We really like living here and so do my kids. I met Brandi grilling at the pool and she said she was going to ask around to friends and neighbors and put in feedback about the apartments and managements. I couldn’t wait to tell her, I have been here for 5 years and my kids have so many friends of all ages here. The green belts are everywhere to play, and I love the security a lot! Their school picks them up right by one of the gates. Crispin the manager and JR, manager of maintenance and Coral and Tanya are so nice and helpful it makes us not want to even buy a house. Oh yea, the price is right, the pools and color of Allegro Luxury is off the charts. I even have my own garage too! We have a dog and always pick up after. I have never seen any owner not pick up after their pets.

I moved in here and after one month I realized it was a big mistake, thankful my lease is almost up and I'm getting out of here. Staff is no good and apartments are small, if you move here you will regret it too.
What a view, what a great place to live and such nice staff! This aparen't complex has it all: huge, apartment sizes, spacious closets, dual masters, a nice, clean pool, green grass and lush landscaping! There is even a workout room with the latest equipment. This complex is centrally located in a nice area, gated and safe! There are banks, stores, restaurants and nail salons and even a big gym very close. This is an ideal location are very reasonable prices. Come check them out, you won't regret it! Cherie Lee
These apartments are horrible, I totally regret moving in here. The only thing that could make me happy about this place is moving out day. I never see pest control which probably explains the large cockroaches, the Phoenix police department is here so much they should just live here. The price is high, you can find cheaper and better elsewhere. I am counting down the days till my lease is up. And the leasing agents in the office WILL lie to you just to get you to move in, they did to me.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. There are many around the area to choose from and I'd choose any of them over these ones. The complex is dirty and the residents are shady to say the least. This is not a good place to live. The management is unprofessional and they do not respond to any complaints in a timely manner. This place seems to be section 8 worthy. Just all around bad!
We have been here for 3 months and very happy. Every person in the office is friendly and professional, I see the maintenance guys cleaning around the complex every morning and if you need them to check something, they are here pretty quick. I even had them changing my A/C filter and they brought the filter themselves! All they are very courteous and willing to help. Love being within minutes from all our shopping needs and school!
