We moved here on an emergency basis but hate it Pros near schools, grocery store, shopping plaza, highways and turnpike. Cons everything else. Someone lives in the laundry room. The laundry machines are expensive and does not work well. I’ve paid $3 to dry a small load of uniforms. Big pests problems, roaches, ants and other bugs. Stray cats are all over. Can’t find parking when I get home after work. Rude letters with terrible grammar posted all over the building. Neighborhood kids in the pool. Mold inside the apartment. Fridge leaks and is being fixed all the time. Half the burners work on the stove. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. The water from the sink settles in the dishwasher. They do no clean the carpets. The garbage is on one side of the building and it is always over flowing. Last but not least the rent is way to high for all this nastiness. If you can avoid it don’t come here. You will be so depressed. If I could afford to move I would have done so in a heartbeat. I pray for that opportunity to come soon. Good luck to you on your search. I hope you find the perfect place!

Apartment is Very spacious for the price. I'm loving the 2 closets in the master bedroom. However the landlord is not friendly as the workers that are so very helpful, keeps up the place and nice. The parking is stupidly rediculous. If you come home too late at night you will have to park on the lawn in front of the building by the main road. You can't back your car in, however if you need to be assisted with a break down. Its impossible if a car is parked next to you and you don't know whom car it is. It's very noisy in the summer. Children from all over the place come to get in the pool and yells and makes so much noise late in the night even. My apartment is under control with pest, not very many incident with pest until it rains the big ones try to come in from outside.

The manager is very nice and works with you. The apartments are Huge, I looked around the apartments are a great price compared to others that are bigger and smaller. Each room has their own walk in closet plus the master has two!! Great price, I cant even find anything like this building! Nice Pool, New Paint, and renovated kitchens. I love it!!

Pros convenient location. Cons, out dated, noise, infested with roaches, and stray cats, dishwasher doesn't work, repairs never get done, park sucks/ parking lot needs repairs, crime, and the list goes on. Interesting that with all these issues they have the nerve to charge you 45 dollars late fee for rent and I believe its like 25 dollar if you lock your self out and they need to open your door for you. Just waiting for my lease to end.

The Pros...Quiet neighborhood, and not to far from turnpike and 95. However the Cons..building needs an upgrade. Apartments are very out dated, Rent is too high for the condition inside. They also have a BIG insect issue. Most importantly not a friendly landlord at all.
