Everyone in that office was completely helpful, worked with me and my roommates hectic schedule, were able to have move in almost seamlessly
Been pretty good, not many complaints. Love the atmosphere her at the apartments. Some things vould be changed like how fast problems in the homes could be dealt with.

Well I’ve lived here for 13 yrs and very rarely needed maintenance but 10 days ago I submitted a maintenance request for window blinds and our dishwasher is broke. Haven’t heard a word! Call office and was waiting for a call back, 15 minutes turned into never! Completely disappointed! 13 yrs of living here and the least thing would of been a courtesy call or email, some sort of communication that let us know we matter as tenants!

Alister parx is a very friendly quiet community. I have enjoyed 5 great years here , very k8nd professional people to work with. Maintenance is prompt and fixes the issue or gives a detailed reason why can't be fixed in the moment. Great sized rooms and open concept kitchen makes the apartment warm and inviting.
I love the area not only apartment itself, there are many easy and close places to where I can go for instance, stores, gym, department shops and transportation like freeway.
Management has been extremely helpful from the start ensuring i get all my questions answered in a timely manner. They have made moving easy I would recommend to family and friends.
I was amazed with the staff they were very nice and polite. They were very friendly and they would always keep us updated on our move in dates and all the way through our move in process and we thank them a lot for it.

Maintenance is quick to respond, fixes all issues when they arise and is there for true emergent calls asap! Only downfall is the neighborhood and homeless people walking behind apartments which causes a theft issue if you leave things out like bikes not locked up etc.

This community has great amenities, wonderfully spacious floor plans, old growth of trees and shrubs throughout the complex, which I love. There is a trash compactor instead of an overflowing dumpster and trash pickup service which is helpful. They also have multiple parking options.

All is well maintain Water heater is been working no problems Been leasing for 3 years Light fixtures hace been working fine. On the upkeep on the grounds is excelent. If may suggest about the gardeners . Always cut the Bushes with a machime And kill the new flowers . During the Spring snd summer season All you need is cut down the bushes Inspection for Fire alarms always done At changes of seasons Outside reals are well keep. Gather inspectoons on time. Desinage of the Ground are Very nice. The lication for a Groing family is perfect from kinder garden to junior high and Hischool just acroos the street. Great for saving gas and for the new tax based on mileage Nice to be leasing here

The community here is great. It really is a great place to live. Not to loud great neighbors that are friendly!! Added bonus is the little dog park! It is amazing for the dogs to get out and run around.

I will preface with the fact that I have been living here for less than a month; but so far this complex has been amazing! The office staff are so nice. The maintenance staff come as soon as possible and fix the issue. So far I'm really liking this community!

We are happy here. We have lived here for 8 1/2 years with No problems. The front office staff is really wonderful! They have a free cocoa bar in the office. The staff know their stuff and they are quick to respond if you have any questions. The maintenance crew iare really nice. We haven't had any issues so I can't say how they are. The only time there are noise issues, is the 4th of July! However most of the country has the same issue. It is against the law in Everett WA. Also in our lease that they are a violation. Still people do it. Gotta celebrate our Country! There are lots of kids living here and it's nice to hear them playing. You do need to be careful while driving through the parking lot. They pop out from between cars without notice. Come join our community. Across from a high school. One block from an elementary school. One block from a fire station and a quarter mile from restaurants, banks and grocery store.

Great staff and maintenance. Appreciate the fun activities for holidays and just because. Parking can get rough. Amenities are cool. We like that phase 1 and 2 can use each others pools.

Apartments aren’t in the best condition. There are many flaws. Affordable rent is the only pro about this place. Parking is a nightmare unless you have paid parking spots. Gyms are not maintained clean.

The community is clean and fairly quiet. We have everything we need within a 5 minute or less drive. Amazing amenities. Once inside our unit, it is hard to believe we are in a townhome with neibors on each side. As for the leasing team....great people who truly care about the residents here.

Great place to live especially if you have kids. Right by all the schools, stores and in all a quiet community. Great location nd great amenities. Have lived here a few years and me and the kids love it here .

Love this place but can't really walk outside no lighting at night there's light poles but not on to dark safety hazzard takes to Long for maintenance the managers are very nice,close to work

We are comfortable in our home. We have no plans to leave, and consider Alister Parx 2 our long term home. We live in the back and our where area is quiet, and our neighbors are nice.

This apartment complex has gone above and beyond for me more in the first month as a resident than any complex has in 2 or more years living in them. They're on top of things when you need help and get in as quick as possible to find solution's.

I have been here almost 2 years and looking forward to a 3rd. The community has a great location. Easy access to I-5, Everett mall, walmart. Shout out to the great office staff and of course the maintenance crew. Love my apartment!

It’s very good, nice workers and very fast maintenance people, nice area but hard to find parking. Really nice pool and hot tube and very nice apartments

Best place I've lived so far office staff is amazing and the amenities are great as well the maintenance staff gets your work orders done as soon as they can get to them

Amenities are dirty. The gym is never cleaned and people also don’t pick up after themselves. Apartment is okay for the price. Walls are so thin you can hear everything and the parking is atrocious. Would still not recommend this apartment complex due to the roach issue that was not controlled when we moved prior to this unit.

It’s been a good experience so far. No complaints, everyone seems friendly. We have a trash valet which is super nice. The apartment itself is cozy.

Moving day itself was a mix of chaos and thrill. I enlisted the help of friends, which made the process more enjoyable (and less expensive). We tackled everything from packing boxes to carrying furniture, and despite the heavy lifting, there were plenty of laughs along the way.
