      Well I’ve lived here for 13 yrs and very rarely needed maintenance but 10 days ago I submitted a maintenance request for window blinds and our dishwasher is broke. Haven’t heard a word! Call office and was waiting for a call back, 15 minutes turned into never! Completely disappointed! 13 yrs of living here and the least thing would of been a courtesy call or email, some sort of communication that let us know we matter as tenants!

      Alister parx is a very friendly quiet community. I have enjoyed 5 great years here , very k8nd professional people to work with.       Maintenance is quick to respond, fixes all issues when they arise and is there for true emergent calls asap! Only downfall is the neighborhood and homeless people walking behind apartments which causes a theft issue if you leave things out like bikes not locked up etc.

      This community has great amenities, wonderfully spacious floor plans, old growth of trees and shrubs throughout the complex, which I love. There is a trash compactor instead of an overflowing dumpster and trash pickup service which is helpful. They also have multiple parking options.

If may suggest about the gardeners . Always cut the Bushes with a machime And kill the new flowers . Desinage of the Ground are Very nice. The lication for a Groing family is perfect from kinder garden to junior high and Hischool just acroos the street.       We are happy here. We have lived here for 8 1/2 years with No problems. The front office staff is really wonderful! They have a free cocoa bar in the office. The staff know their stuff and they are quick to respond if you have any questions. The maintenance crew iare really nice. We haven't had any issues so I can't say how they are. The only time there are noise issues, is the 4th of July! However most of the country has the same issue. It is against the law in Everett WA. Also in our lease that they are a violation. Still people do it. Gotta celebrate our Country! There are lots of kids living here and it's nice to hear them playing. You do need to be careful while driving through the parking lot. They pop out from between cars without notice. Come join our community. Across from a high school. One block from an elementary school. One block from a fire station and a quarter mile from restaurants, banks and grocery store.

      Apartments aren’t in the best condition. There are many flaws. Affordable rent is the only pro about this place. Parking is a nightmare unless you have paid parking spots. Gyms are not maintained clean.

      The community is clean and fairly quiet. We have everything we need within a 5 minute or less drive. Amazing amenities. Once inside our unit, it is hard to believe we are in a townhome with neibors on each side. As for the leasing team....great people who truly care about the residents here.

      Home sweet home

      I have been here almost 2 years and looking forward to a 3rd. The community has a great location. Easy access to I-5, Everett mall, walmart. Shout out to the great office staff and of course the maintenance crew. Love my apartment!

      Best place I've lived so far office staff is amazing and the amenities are great as well the maintenance staff gets your work orders done as soon as they can get to them

      Amenities are dirty. The gym is never cleaned and people also don’t pick up after themselves. Apartment is okay for the price. Walls are so thin you can hear everything and the parking is atrocious. Would still not recommend this apartment complex due to the roach issue that was not controlled when we moved prior to this unit.

      Moving day itself was a mix of chaos and thrill. I enlisted the help of friends, which made the process more enjoyable (and less expensive). We tackled everything from packing boxes to carrying furniture, and despite the heavy lifting, there were plenty of laughs along the way.
