I really enjoy living here and appreciate all the updates and renovations that are being done. The only issue I’ve noticed is an ongoing problem with ants and spiders. Despite my efforts—using sprays and even fumigation—they continue to appear, and a visible line of ants can often be seen coming from outside into the house. I believe a thorough pressure wash of the exterior could be very helpful. As someone who is very clean, it’s frustrating and a bit unsettling to deal with these pests, especially since I take care to keep my home tidy.

Been pretty good, not many complaints. Love the atmosphere her at the apartments. Some things vould be changed like how fast problems in the homes could be dealt with.

Well I’ve lived here for 13 yrs and very rarely needed maintenance but 10 days ago I submitted a maintenance request for window blinds and our dishwasher is broke. Haven’t heard a word! Call office and was waiting for a call back, 15 minutes turned into never! Completely disappointed! 13 yrs of living here and the least thing would of been a courtesy call or email, some sort of communication that let us know we matter as tenants!

Wouldn’t renew my lease. My experience was ruined from the moment we walked in to check out the apartment we had signed and realized there were roaches.

Alister parx is a very friendly quiet community. I have enjoyed 5 great years here , very k8nd professional people to work with. Maintenance is prompt and fixes the issue or gives a detailed reason why can't be fixed in the moment. Great sized rooms and open concept kitchen makes the apartment warm and inviting.

I love the area not only apartment itself, there are many easy and close places to where I can go for instance, stores, gym, department shops and transportation like freeway.

I was amazed with the staff they were very nice and polite. They were very friendly and they would always keep us updated on our move in dates and all the way through our move in process and we thank them a lot for it.

Maintenance is quick to respond, fixes all issues when they arise and is there for true emergent calls asap! Only downfall is the neighborhood and homeless people walking behind apartments which causes a theft issue if you leave things out like bikes not locked up etc.

This community has great amenities, wonderfully spacious floor plans, old growth of trees and shrubs throughout the complex, which I love. There is a trash compactor instead of an overflowing dumpster and trash pickup service which is helpful. They also have multiple parking options.

Desinage of the Ground are Very nice. The lication for a Groing family is perfect from kinder garden to junior high and Hischool just acroos the street. The community here is great. It really is a great place to live. Not to loud great neighbors that are friendly!! Added bonus is the little dog park! It is amazing for the dogs to get out and run around.

I will preface with the fact that I have been living here for less than a month; but so far this complex has been amazing! The office staff are so nice. The maintenance staff come as soon as possible and fix the issue. So far I'm really liking this community!

We are happy here. We have lived here for 8 1/2 years with No problems. The front office staff is really wonderful! They have a free cocoa bar in the office. The staff know their stuff and they are quick to respond if you have any questions. The maintenance crew iare really nice. We haven't had any issues so I can't say how they are. The only time there are noise issues, is the 4th of July! However most of the country has the same issue. It is against the law in Everett WA. Also in our lease that they are a violation. Still people do it. Gotta celebrate our Country! There are lots of kids living here and it's nice to hear them playing. You do need to be careful while driving through the parking lot. They pop out from between cars without notice. Come join our community. Across from a high school. One block from an elementary school. One block from a fire station and a quarter mile from restaurants, banks and grocery store.

Great staff and maintenance. Appreciate the fun activities for holidays and just because. Parking can get rough. Amenities are cool. We like that phase 1 and 2 can use each others pools.

Apartments aren’t in the best condition. There are many flaws. Affordable rent is the only pro about this place. Parking is a nightmare unless you have paid parking spots. Gyms are not maintained clean.

The community is clean and fairly quiet. We have everything we need within a 5 minute or less drive. Amazing amenities. Once inside our unit, it is hard to believe we are in a townhome with neibors on each side. As for the leasing team....great people who truly care about the residents here.
