Melissa is an awesome individual. i have nothing bad to say abour my wxpeirence. they worked wirh me to get into my apartment. this feels like hime even with all the boxes and clitter i have right now. the neighbors speak and have helped with doors when we were unloading. the neighborhood is quiet.

Pool light fixture The light fixture in the pool has been off the wall laying on the pool floor with exposed wire for the 2 years I have lived at AlfaCharlie apartments. This is a major safety hazard for the property to remain like this. Thought I would relay the message for the third time since I have lived there. Other than that everything is fine for my work apartment needs.

Good experience The agent was very sweet and very knowledgeable.. I loved the property inside and out. I didnt like the fact that i am an adult and have to pay parking vouchers all hours of the day for company. This made me go with a different property. Other than that yall are pretty great

They charge all the tenants $5 monthly pest control service but they’ve yet to go into units to do the job. Granted it’s fairly new but why continue to charge this fee and collect over $12000 a year.
