Best apartment I’ve lived at so far I’ve lived in a few places, but this apartment complex is by far the best! From the moment I moved in, everything has been smooth and welcoming. The management is responsive and genuinely helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and well-designed, with modern amenities that make daily life comfortable. The community is friendly, safe, and well-kept, with beautiful common areas that make it a joy to come home. It smells great and has a pool and hot tub. I’ve never felt more at home in a place, and I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Cool, Calm, Collected I lived at the Alexan for 15 months and have no complaints of my own. There was some ruckus with the fire alarms randomly going ofd but overall no real issues. My experience/interactions with the leasing agents were always pleasant. Angel, specially was always kind and willing to help. The amenities are great and I made sure to use them. I am not a dog person so issues with tenants not cleaning up after their dogs pissed me off but I guess some people don’t know about cleanliness. Overall, I had a swell time here and the leasing team was always super helpful. Remember to lead with kindness and you will always be met with kindness as well. Thank you Alexan team!
Overly charged “I noticed I was charged a lockout fee, but the situation was quickly resolved when a member of management came and unlocked the door without needing outside assistance. Even if it’s after hour. I kindly request a review of the charge, as it seems excessive under the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.”
Garbage disposal Took care of our issue within 10 minutes of arriving. Amazing!!

Good Tour The tour I got was very thorough and I was able to see the whole building and get a good understanding about what my life would look like if i lived in the community.
They worked with us Angel is terrific. She worked with us to find an agreeable rent so we could stay past our lease’s end date. She has been terrific. The building and amenities are beautiful and well maintained.

How can a building tour presentation surpass expectations? Shannon absolutely exceeded all expectations during her presentation of the Alexan Webster apartments. Her meticulous attention to detail was truly unrivaled, and her insightful recommendations for various living arrangements were incredibly impressive and helpful. Every aspect, from the beautiful, cozy one-bedroom units to the sleek studio apartments, as well as the stunning amenities such as the well-equipped gym, inviting pool, charming barbeque area, and elegant lounge spaces, exuded an irresistible charm and luxurious appeal.
They hook you with a really good move-in special. But that's about where it stops being good. Management is completely useless. Also not very friendly. Fire alarms go off frequently and are extremely loud. Packages get stolen because people leave them in the mailbox area versus the package room. Elevators are insanely slow. If you love noise, you'll love it here. I face the pool and every night there's a party outside my window. My upstairs neighbor walks around like an elephant. Also the neighborhood even though it offers a lot of restaurants, there's a ton of break-ins. My car got broken into two weeks after moving here in supposedly secured garage. My fob didn't work very well getting into the garage. I should be on a first name basis with the security team there. Overall, I wouldn't suggest living here. Don't fall for the move-in special like I did.
First the good: location, proximity to the lake, bart, nightlife. The bad: high prices (and so many fees), theft inside and around the building, frequent fire alarms (false alarms). The theft is the main drawback: every week I hear from my neighbors about stolen packages, food deliveries, mail, and/or bikes. Best case, you don't have a car. Car windows are frequently smashed, even in the resident parking (2nd floor). More often in the public parking (1st floor). Still better than street parking on this block where your window will get smashed within a week, even if you leave nothing in the car. Resident parking spot is hard to get. I know people who have been on the wait list for a resident parking spot for 3+ years. A lot of things look nice but don't work: * Fire pit on the roof is featured in the tour but hasn't worked for a year. * Fancy door locks have batteries that need to be replaced yearly but they aren't, so sooner or later you are randomly locked out. * Bike room would be nice if not for the theft (yes, they will cut through your U-lock)
Alexa Webster has a lot of untapped potential, although the community offers great amenities, a variety of floor plans and modern finishes it under delivers in the living experience with unresolved complains and incorrect billing
The staff at Alexan Webster do their best to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents. This has been our home for the past 2.5 years and we are glad we chose Alexan Webster.
