Property Ratings at Lassiter at North Hills
I am a new resident at Lassiter and I am so excited and thankful to have the opportunity to live here! The moment I spoke with Linda, the Leasing Consultant, on the phone, I knew that this was the apartment community for me. Her customer service was top notch and she spent a lot of time talking with me about the area and the community and showing me the one bedroom apartment that will be my new home. She also introduced me to many residents during my tour of the property. The apartments, clubhouse, pool area, and leasing office are so clean and beautiful. Everyone seems so friendly and caring. I am really excited about living at Lassiter and hope to be a resident for years to come!
I have not been treated as poorly as I have by the management here since I lived in a college dorm many years ago. Many examples, but just to note one, they have an app for posting and it’s censored - anything even remotely negative about management is deleted! Place and location is great but unless you want to be treated like you’re an 18 yo college student, stay away, lots of nice places I’m North Hills.
We moved in 5 months ago and are having a wonderful experience here. We absolutely love Linda!!!!! The moment we walked into the leasing office, she greeted us with such enthusiasm and really made us feel so welcomed. We didn’t look anywhere else after meeting Linda. We have had a couple of maintenance request that were handled and completed the same day. We love that the building is getting a much deserved facelift and the fire alarm issues appear to be resolved. Overall, we are very happy to call Lassiter our home until our new home build is complete.
Lazy management, bugs everywhere, wear and tear but they act like it doesn't exist, and forget about submitting a work request....you'll have to pester anyone to get anything done. Outdated amenities and apartment features. I can't believe I paid what I paid to live here. Seriously, this building is so old and so many parts are neglected. Even the elevators are old, hot as heck, slow, and sketchy. Management keeps acting like none of this exists and is instead focuses on painting the building. Like thats actually going to solve any of the problems above. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. If it wasn't for its location, it would go under.

It's upsetting to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience at Lassiter North Hills. We have been renovating apartments as they come available. Also, in the past 8 months, there have been several improvements to the property, to include our newly painted interior corridors, the installation of new carpet and pool resurfacing. along with the addition of new courtyard and pool furniture. Our exterior paint project is underway currently, We will also be adding some more equipment in the fitness center as well in the near future. A pest control technician comes out to our property every week. If you need pest control services, please let us know and we will get you put on the list. The leasing office is great! They were so helpful and nice! They made the move in so easy!!
Roaches, mold, dirty carpets, horrible smells, fire alarms going off frequently. The building is old and needs many repairs. Front office is not responsive.
Not worth the price, especially the rate increases over the past four years without upgrades. But the location is very convenient!
The Alexan is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and the pool area and gym are very nice as well. Managment is a pleasure and very accommodating. I highly recommend these apartments.
