I have very much enjoyed living at the Alexan Julian. I love my apartment, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood/location is perfect!

I just moved in and it’s already been great! The amenities are amazing, the free coffee in the lobby is a much needed perk. I’m excited to get to hang by the pool and workout in the gym!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always addressing any issues quickly. The community is friendly and the amenities are well-maintained, making it a great place to call home.

My boyfriend and I moved in last week and so far we are so happy with the apartment, the amenities, and the kind service. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The front desk is reachable and responsive. We were able to reserve the freight elevator for 2 hours at a time which was very helpful, and all of the services that we needed to set up prior to moving in was well organized and easy to use. I love that there is community and the neighborhood is the best.

This place is amazing. From the amenities to the neighborhood!!! The area is nestled between Tennyson and highland square which are both extremely walkable.

I had a great move in experience and so far I really enjoy my new apartment! The neighborhood is wonderful, and I’ve met very nice people in the building.

Best place I've lived - staff is lovely, tenants are friendly (and quiet, I never hear people or dogs), the most secure building I've lived at and amenities are great, especially the lounge area where people can work or socialize off the pool

Best location possible. Sandwiched in between two great squares. The neighborhoods are very walkable and very quaint. The amenities are top notch as well!

Been living here for 3 years now and it’s still my ideal living in Denver. Living in a neighborhood that feels like you’re well outside the city while being so close is great. Being equidistance from both highland square and Tennyson square is also huge!

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Alexan Julian the past 2 years. We love the modern furnishings and amenities (particularly the hot tub, rooftop, and gym), the location is fantastic, and we’ve become great friends with our neighbors. The reason I no longer give it 5 stars is because there have been some areas of decline over time. There used to be monthly events (e.g, rooftop wine nights) hosted by the building for getting to know your neighbors, which were touted as a perk of living here when we moved in. Now, these events are virtually non-existent, aside from the occasional grab-and-go snack (which feels lazy and lacks the social aspect). There have also been an increasing number of maintenance issues with the elevator and hot tub, though to the staff’s credit these get resolved promptly.

It’s our third year here and we couldn’t have asked for a better building and neighborhood. The convenience factor along with the amenities really made the difference alone.

The amenities provided at Alexan Julian are great. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. The common areas are always immaculate, thanks to the diligent maintenance staff.

I’ve lived here for three years and it’s been the best experience. The amenities, location, and staff are hard to beat! The restaurants are top notch and the walks around the neighborhood are super relaxing.

I've had a solid experience at Alexan Julian. Built with a sophisticated sense of design, this property goes an extra step toward high quality finishes. The landscaping is beautiful and community areas and amenities are kept clean in good working order. The staff is as professional as I've seen. In fact, they have gone the extra mile to make my experience positive all around. Well done, Alexan. And thanks.

The staff at the Alexan Julian really are great! The proximity to some of the best neighborhoods in NW Denver is unbeatable, too. I highly recommend!

The move in process was really easy and Anita was very helpful in the lead up to our move. It has been a lovely experience so far and we are excited to spend the year here!

Love it so much that we renewed for our third year now! Nothing beats the neighborhood. It’s accessibility to both Highland and Tennyson square are unmatched, all while being nested in a quite and comforting suburb-like atmosphere.

So far it has been great! I haven’t had a chance to meet the staff yet, but we have been very satisfied so far with our apartment and the amenities

Beautiful building and apartments, management and maintenance is very responsive. Management holds monthly events to foster a sense of community.

Cons: -Need more elevators- elevator wait is always an issue. Especially during peak hours - Issues with the package and bike room break ins - Butterfly system doesn't always work. Issues with weekend food deliveries - Trash always left out in the hallways Pros: - Staff is great and events are always fun! - Good and clean amenities

Alexan Julian is a clean, organized, and well run building. We never have anything but pleasant experiences with the services provided and the staff/neighbors!

Just moved in. So far, I'm impressed with Katia and the staff I've worked with. They seem responsive. The move in is - so far - smooth, and staff have been helpful - locating my parking spot conveniently and arranging use of the freight elevator. They own parking for moving pods, which has proven useful. The amenities seem well-designed, well-kept and thoughtful. I'm looking forward to life at Alexan Julian. Let's go!

It’s been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in in Denver! It’s great :) amenities are awesome and the staff and residents are so friendly. I’ve had zero issues

This place has such a great community and the building is by far the cleanest and most modern one I’ve ever lived in. Also it doesn’t hurt there is free coffee ;)

We resigned for a third year! Love the neighborhood and the building provides us with everything that’s needed to make us happy! Everything from the gym to being nestled between Tennyson and Highland square.

Close to restaurants and shops on 32nd (walking distance), 5 minutes from I25 and amazing interiors. This has been a great place to live and explore the neighborhood. Office staff is nice and friendly. Always hosting events like free breakfast, wine and cheese night. Highly recommend!
