Great property with beautiful apartments that feel spacious and have great finishing touches. There are lots of great amenities and it’s very pet friendly. We love the apartment so much we’ve renewed for another lease. There could be more pet waste stations spread out throughout to help reduce the amount of waste you see lying around. Unfortunately there are some residents who have been repeatedly not picking up after their dogs, particularly in the back close to the loading zone and the front of the building along the dirt walking path

This community is in an excellent location, central to all of San Diego! The management staff is always easy to work with, I have spoken mostly with Colin and Ruben and they are always friendly and professional. The maintenance team has a lot to handle with the size of this building and accomplish it well.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
Living at Alexan Gallerie has been a great experience and the staff / maintenance workers are very nice and helpful, however. There are homeless people living next to property (under bridge) next to Alexan Gallerie and now they are coming in through the back gate and rummaging through trash bins and entering the doors. Also the homeless people are leaving their grocery carts in the back parking lot where cars need to park as well as the sidewalks which is starting to make the property look a little run down. The apartments are nice and spacious and it does feel like a home so overall we enjoy living here but would love to see security around especially at night to feel safe on property. Having cameras installed inside elevators would help as well as having a security on property.
