A Georgia Tech student who obviously had a sense of humor designed the giant, steel bird in 1963. The beak opens and closes as the eyes spin around. Stop in for lunch! The chicken is perched atop a KFC. You can also grab (pluck?) a “Big Chicken” mug or T-shirt from the gift shop.
Marietta Square is the central hub for a city that dates back to 1834. The historic square contains antique stores, boutiques, gift shops, and restaurants. It’s also the location of the Marietta Farmer’s Market, a year-round market with more than 65 vendors.

I have been living here for a few months; picked this place most importantly because it was supposed to be a smoke free complex. So no one should smoke in their apartment or anywhere on the property, but unfortunately that is far from being the case. I have addressed it several times with the management but nothing has been done about this situation . I’m very disappointed.

If you need any help with your moving process, ask for ms angel she helped me and my brother and Ik I gave her a hard time she didn’t catch an attitude not 1 time. Best decision we made!

I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with Aldridge Town Village! From the moment I arrived, the location stood out it's convenient, peaceful, and just feels like home. But what really made the experience special was the amazing customer service I received from Angel and Mary. They were both so welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. From getting me situated to answering every question with a smile, they’ve made the entire transition smooth and stress free. Now, let’s talk about the apartment it's absolutely lovely and honestly more than I expected. I was shocked in the best way! to discover a washer and dryer in the unit, which I don’t even recall being mentioned beforehand. That surprise alone made my day. And the high ceilings and huge doors, total game changer. As someone who gets claustrophobic in tight spaces, those features immediately made the apartment feel open, airy, and comfortable. All in all, I’m beyond happy with my decision to move here. Highly recommend Aldridge Town Village to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with a warm, supportive team behind it.

We adore our cozy two bedroom, and are so appreciative of James B. and his service maintenance crew. They are always fast and efficient! The grounds are beautifully kept and there are many amenities here, including a salt water pool. This is a perfect location, with conveniences located everywhere. We love living here!

I have lived at Aldridge for almost 7 years in a 1 bedroom! I am leaving as I am getting married and moving into a house, that is the only reason! I would be here for another 7. Mr. James has been there since the beginning and he was still there as I was I was pulling out the last of my belongings to hand turn in the keys. Always a smiling face and knowledge of the property and very genuine and kind. However the entire team is superb. The newer team members seems to mesh very well also so Aldridge knows how to pick quality team members, respond promptly and professionally, and run a clean, complex. I would highly recommend!

I absolutely love living here. The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They do so many fun things for the residents such as creating opportunities for community, weekly giveaways, and just letting the residents know that they are appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this complex. I searched and browsed through MANY complexes prior to moving here, but this complex always caught my eye because it just felt like “home.”

I have lived at Aldridge for almost 5 years now and it is the best place I’ve ever lived. The community is quiet, family friendly and beautiful! My unit is extremely spacious with huge walk in closets and gorgeous finishes. The maintenance staff is top notch. I rarely need assistance, but if a request is ever made it is normally taken care of the same day or definitely the next day. The office manager Lara and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Aldridge at Town Village is the perfect distance from everything. Shopping and dining can be reached on foot and all three major grocery chains in GA are less than a 5 minute drive away. The property is new and well designed with high ceilings and doors. The neighborhood is tidy and clean and the pool is maintained year round. These are signs of the unflinching high standards of maintenance team whom have never taken more that a few hours to fix whatever residents concern may be. It is rare that I have ANYTHING nice to say about apartment management of ANY facility but this simply is not the case here. I consider the team of ladies who run this facility to be of the highest caliber. They are polite, decisive and involved. They care. I recommend living here.

I hadn't even toured the apartment before hand since I was moving to GA from out of state and was extremely pleased with the property when I got here, the ease of moving in and how mangment handled everything! They did an excellent job helping me find the perfect unit and welcoming in me and my kitten! Aldridge also has excellent amenities and they have recently started up fitness classes in the gym I plan on attending!

I lived at Aldridge over the last 18 months. The staff is incredible. Very kind and attentive. The facilities/amenities are well kept and managed. The noise level is low and the traffic is minimal. The location is amazing as there are five highway access points within 2 miles including the peach pass expressway. The apartment itself has really tall ceilings and doors, nice appliances, and luxurious finishings. Plus it is always nice to have a nice pool day.

They are fairly new, but apartments where put up quickly! Apartments have had mold issues when apartments where first built. Management are difficult and untruthful once lease agreement ends. You will regret doing business with them.
This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is the most friendly and professional. 10 stars on the staff. The maintenance staff is on the ball. I have never seen a maintenance staff so pro-active. The grounds are clean. They keep the pool clean daily. Very safe, secured. The size of the apts are quite large. The little things is what caught my attention. The 9ft high doorways, the arch entrance ways. My walk-in closet in my second bedroom is larger than the main closet of most apts. Location location location. Easy access to everything. The walking and bike trail behind the apt complex is active and beautiful. The activities are for all residents. Whether you have a family, single parent, or single, Aldridge is the best.
