Great nice and quiet, responses from the office are answered timely. Neighbors have been friendly and inviting . So far so good. Facilities are clean, gym is nice and clean.

This place has gone downhill since since I moved in. I was one of the first residents to move into this small community. You pay fees for things you no longer get, the gym has broken equipment, no water to drink, guest wifi has stopped working, the office does not answer emails. This place is 3 years old, this is the Third Property mgmt co. Last summer the pool was broken more than you could swim in it. It was green and scummy alot

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve never had a single incident or concern. I feel safe and secure in my home. The pool is always clean and taken care of and is a huge perk.

I’ve been here for a little over 7 months, and so far it’s been a pleasure living here. The staff is very friendly and I rarely have any maintenance problems. Also located in a very convenient location.

Im on my second year here. Apartments are nice. Due to living close to a hospital and on a main road makes it louder. There's enough parking for 2 vehicles each.

Great location. The amenities are a nice touch. The gym could use a little more attention as the towels are almost always out & cleanings don’t seem to be as frequent as before the new management took over. Walls are very thin as well. I live on the top floor and constantly hear the people below me.

I’ve only been here less than a month. I am very impressed on how quiet the community is. I live on the 3rd floor and it’s soo quiet and peaceful.

Nice apartment and the staff is really helpful. They are good with communication and assistance if needed. Hope to renew my lease next year if prices stay the same.

Nice place to rent. Close to many conveniences. Just need to work on cleanliness of the property. Vehicles leaking oil onto the pavement is an issue. Overall good.

The Management company is great and are quick to respond and take care of any issues…. but the rent and utilities are way too high. It’s in a good location, close to stores and restaurants.

The gym needs improvement the one elliptical is broken, water or towels are never stocked. The TVs didn't work for a while, the heater is blasting, the summer ac didn't work. No community events, we pay a fee monthly for it. The pool had issues most of the summer.

So far it’s been a pleasure living here. The staff is very friendly, it’s located in a very convenient area. Right by the freeway & food options are endless. Would recommend to any and everyone!

It’s been good to be able to call home to a new place after moving in. The staff has been able to help me out with the transfer and are always helpful.

I moved in a year ago when the apartment was under different management. Initially, I was thrilled by the layout and finishes. I was the first tenant in my apartment, but it quickly became apparent that the construction was rushed. Initially, staff were present weekly, then only on Mondays from 9-1, and now there's no staff presence at all. This made it impossible to discuss my lease in person, and I was told I would need to pay more to stay in my unit because I didn't sign my lease within the 7-day window provided to keep the same rate. Despite my efforts to email and visit the leasing office, no one was available to assist due to the management change. The maintenance crew is exceptional, which is necessary given the quality issues. The apartment layout and finishes are beautiful, but cheaply made. The carpet installed by the previous management comes undone easily, and touching the walls leaves marks. The smoke alarm went off for no reason until it was completely replaced. I've experienced several items breaking, often without use. The AC was improperly installed, leaving me without cooling on the hottest day, flooding my storage area and damaging my belongings. The maintenance team responded quickly and courteously, fixing the issue after three attempts. They are commendable and are dealing with the poor installations from the previous management. The location is ideal, and apart from my truck being broken into once, I feel safe in the neighborhood. It's relatively quiet, and there's nothing that feels suspicious or unsafe. Trash is a persistent problem. It's so bad that cameras were installed to monitor how residents dispose of their trash. With only one compactor, it fills up quickly, leading residents to leave trash outside it. Hopefully, the cameras will address this issue. The gym is nice for those looking for a simple workout, with enough equipment for a solid session. The pool is also a nice addition. Overall, if you're willing to pay high rent for a stylish but cheaply constructed apartment, this is the place to move.

I have lived at Alder Park for a little over a year, now. I have had no issues. It is always quiet and clean and management is very friendly.

Anytime there has been a concern, the office staff has been very helpful and responded quickly.. the maintenance staff is also quick to respond and very efficient.

The neighborhood is great. The residents are great for the most part. The apartments are beautiful and new. But ownership changed about 2 months into our lease and on site leasing agents were taken away. Then we were given them on site a couple days a week. There’s no on site maintenance. Tickets take days sometimes. The gym used to have towels and water, there’s trash around the complex.

The company has been sold and promises were broken in the process. The pool access rules changed. The hours of operation in the office are not staffed or honored. My autopay was cancelled and I was not made aware this would happen. When brought up to the new management they did nothing and still charged me late fees. As I type this a new management company is supposedly taking over making it the third management team to be in place in the last year.

Moved here in August and I have to say its been a lovely experience. Small and quiet neighborhood with working class, great location, and lastly I love my apartment. I am on the third floor, the vaulted ceilings, updated appliances, and spacious floor plan is what sold me. Defiantly give this place a try.

I love Alder Park! It’s a small community but still has an amazing pool and gym! I really like how close it is everything. It’s right by 270 so you’re close to anywhere you need to go! My favorite part is the fact they’re brand new!

Love that everything is brand new, so cool to be the 1st to use. The fitness center was what sold me, surprised at how much they have for being a smaller community. Great location. Move in was super easy and loved being able to doing everything online.

We were so happy to find such an amazing place in the Gahanna school district. The kids love the pool! Applying was an easy process and the apartment is brand new. Love it here and can’t wait to live here for years!
