I love this place.It full of excellent events every day.The staff are wonderful and the people are great to get along with. We play bingo, and excise like Zumba. We also do stretch and balance exercise.If you want tranquility, this is the place to live at.

We love it here! We moved in on June 1, 2021. It's quiet and peaceful. You can be as active as you like. There are lots of things going on. The location is what attracted us the most. Our apartment is very nice and very comfortable. Everything is right here. Some places are walkable but most require a car or an Uber driver. There is also a Lynx handicap bus that stops here. Many of the doctors provide transportation to and from your appointment. You can find doctors, dentists, podiatrists and dermatologists are only an easy walk away. Also we have an Advent Urgent Care facility right next door.

I feel very secure and safe in this adult community. The employees are very kind and attentive to requests. They resolve matters w a usually prompt outcome. -Quite community it’s an important fact for us to make a place, our home and you’ll find it here! With only the occasionally hard of hearing person that does not purposefully and more than I wish, falls to sleep w/ a loud TV on. I might be that person one day. Hopefully NOT ??????????????????????

Love living here. The staff is terrific. There is lots to do and great community interaction. I love the aqua aerobics and being able to swim laps in the early evening.

I have been in this community since 2019, and in all these years I have not had any problems with my neighbors or the staff. I like the common areas inside and also my apartment, the outside space is always well maintained and very pleasant. Everything is wonderful. Thank you.

Monterey Pointe is an average community. The appliances are C- quality. The design of the kitchen does not allow the refrigerator door to completely open making it difficult to get items out. The A/C compressor is in the wall and makes more noise than desirable. However, the staff is very competent, friendly and caring. The residents are warm, friendly and smart. There are plenty of activities and most likely one can find what satisfies their heart. All in all, we’d probably do it again based what is available.

I love this place. It such a wonderful place to live. We have plenty of activities to do and the many ethnic groups of people to meet.You never get bored. There’s always something to do, weather in the pool or in the gymnasium.

I have witnessed the hallways carpet renovations. Pleased with it. Amenities and activities are also excellent. A few complaints with a trespasser and some of the building doors have been dealt with which is a relief.

I enjoyed staff since the day I called from colorado. I wanted to move in right away. Nelida and Calvin were so helpful and kind to me Could not wait to meet them both in person. Love the apartment no noise very relaxing to live here.

I find living here is very comforting and the staff are friendly and supportive. They have a lot of activities that you can become part of such as the garden club, arts and crafts, happy hour, birthday celebration,etc You don't have to be alone.

Since I moved to Album Monterey on Oct 2021, all maintenance situation have been solved in an excellent way. This has been the greatest place that I moved, no worries ,me and my husband feel safe, administration staff always willing to help , amenities as well as activities don’t let you get bored at any time. The location is good with conveniences nearby. The management and maintenance teams are attentive to the residents needs however the corporate reasoned to the needs is slow. Appliances are old and are only repaired…no updated, efficient ones are in the plans. New carpeting has been installed but much needed washers and dryers seem to be unavailable for consideration. It is inconvenient when the washer fails during a wash cycle and a dryer takes more than an hour to dry a light weight load. There is a great group of residents here, they are friendly and the friendships are warm.

Album Monterey is by far A , so happy that I decided to moving here, I cannot say enough for the Staff! Doretha is quite an asset to the company, so far staff and maintenance are above in kindness, understanding and respect!

Even though I haven't moved in yet , I'm so excited for moving day . Kelvin & Nilda made the application process so easy . Nilda took me on the tour of the place and I absolutely love it .
