I love living here. It’s definitely worth the price. The apartment itself is so nice. It’s so close to the freeway so it is super convenient to get around. There is a quick turnaround on maintenance.
Has been great for the last 15(?) years. Maintence is always timely. Office staff great and very friendly and professional..I have been through 4 management teams so I have a LOT of experience!
Living here for a few months, and overall it’s been a solid experience. The location is super convenient, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The maintenance team is responsive and fixes issues quickly. The only downside is that parking can get a bit crowded in the evenings. Other than that, the community feels safe and quiet, and the units are pretty modern for the price

The staff here is very professional and caring. I’ve been a resident here for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about living here. In addition to being quick to respond to my concerns, they are always having some kind of events to show appreciation for the residents! I fell on hard times and was faced with some pretty challenging financial issues but the management team was very patient with me and they worked diligently to give me the time I needed to get back on track. This is not common work most apartment complexes so I truly appreciate each and every one of the staff members for being so patient, courteous and understanding while I worked out my situation. I’d recommend this place over any other place I’ve ever lived.

I have to say it has been really nice staying here, the entire staff have been good and pleasant with me. No complaints about them at all, if the maintenance person is unable to correct any issues in the apartment they do outreach to a contractor to take a look. Seeing the pool clean on a regular basis is pretty awesome as well. Once you take a walk (if you walk) down the block the neighborhood would look and seem pretty off. But this place is so perfect for me to walk to the SkyTrain so I can catch a flight out from the airport. I have to say the only down fall about the building is and which it will always be no matter where you go, some tenants just wont do right about the place they live as in around the property. They just don't mindful to keep the area clean and respectful. The cleaning lady can only do so much.

Love it so far! A lot of security which is really nice. Unfortunately, I’ve been locked out twice, my own fault though. Lol. Community is amazing, very clean. Everything works. My boyfriend and I got a gift basket, and some dog items!! Jeremy was an awesome helper. Made life easy for us. My neighbors are very loud and smoke weed so I want to get sound proofing pads and extra fragrance sprays, but other than that. I’m living comfortably and happily.

The apartment itself is beautiful and the ceilings on the 4th floor apartments are very high which makes our 1 bedroom feel very spacious. We had a problem with ants when we first moved in at the beginning of september but the pest control quickly took care of it by spraying and we havent seen one since. The experience with neighbors who own dogs as pets has been awful. They leave behind their pets waste in common areas constantly. It makes it feel unclean and like an unsafe place to live. The employees at the front have been very gracious to listen and do their best to understand but ultimately it is not their responsibility. We have contacted management on how to break our lease early

Great location. Good neighbors mostly quiet. Maintenance response timely and take care of business. Thank you Doug! Well appointed has great amenities in suite. Decent rental rates. Rental staff is good about taking care of things. Greystar manages the building so some of their practices I’m not always in favor of.

For the price you pay, you would think “luxury” would come into play but that couldn’t be further from reality. The power goes out fairly often at least 1 time per month, the elevators are so slow and sometimes break for the day, the hot tub was growing moss in it, the grills outside barely work, they painted over everything rather than fix. Plumbing issues. Etc

Alanza Place has treated us pretty good in the past few months living here. We have had no issues living here, and the staff and maintenance workers are nice and efficient. Some gripes that I have living here are the enforcement of pool rules and the difficulty of finding parking inside premises: sometimes, people are far too loud and even sometimes staying late after pool hours (which closes at 11 PM, which I consider more than generous!) normally this would not be an issue to me but because our window overlooks the pool and all the buildings surround the pool which makes any sound echo much louder than it normally would.

Great units with upgraded appliances and fixtures. On fourth floor high ceilings with a nice view of Camelback. Underground and covered parking. Quiet. Kitchens could be bigger. Some common area Maintanance could be better. Great location.

the swimming pool and workout center is really nice, traveling in the underground garage and entering the elevator from that level is pretty scary and no cameras are around for some sort of comfort. office staff seems pretty nice I thought the complex would have more maintenance workers being that it is so many units. Well I am here now so I shall make the best of it and just hope I have some decent neighbors so far so good

Alanza is by far the best apartment complex in my experience. The reason is the staff who provide a beautiful resort like community. I would not suggest anyone move here. The assistant manager has been helpful. However, it is difficult/impossible to call the office and have the phone answered, and the most basic issues go unresolved without unnecessary amounts of time and effort on the part of the tenant.

Alanza Place is centrally located between Tempe and Downtown which is fantastic for my two college students (one attending ASU Tempe and one attending ASU Downtown). We have rented at a couple of places before finding Alanza Place, and Alanza is the cleanest and has the safest feeling to it which is the most important aspect to us. Though the cost of living is way too high these days, the price is really good in comparison to surrounding properties for the amenities offered.

Alanza has been great so far. We are truly in a centralized location. Close to the airport, 20 min from Scottsdale, and a few exits from the city. Toni who helped us with our apartment and getting our lease finalized was AMAZING! The apartment is spacious and updated. There is always parking available for guest. We love it!

Alanza place made it super easy Jeremy, Christen, and Toni were all super helpful in the process for me. This is the first time I had to apply for lease and I was a bit nervous but their help they made it super easy. The complex is well kept, Move in was a breeze with the help of the elevators. Pool is kept clean and same goes for the grills. I am a big grill person and to have that amenity is awesome. Gym is good I do wish it had a little more but it's perfect for getting in a quick cardio season in the morning and I will go to my usual gym after work. Overall if you are looking to get your first place or needing a new home I 100% recommend Alanza Place, The service they provide towards their tenants is amazing.
