Property Ratings at Alamance Reserve
I moved across the country from Los Angeles. The ladies at Alamance Reserve made my life so much easier. They worked with me over the phone initially and had me set up with an apartment within a week. I've lived here the past 10 months and I couldnt be happier with how everyone has made me feel welcome and a part of the Alamance Reserve family. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
The apartments are kept up very nicely as well as the landscaping. They front office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and prompt with service.
Alamance is a decent spot to live. Right off I-40 in Burlington so easy access. Alamance Crossing is a quick 5 minute drive as well as Mackintosh lake and other parks. Gym, pool, disc golf course all on site. The interior of our apt is a little outdated but I hear they are making updates as residents move and we've been here for 2 years.
This was my first apartment after graduating college, and it's a pretty decent one! The apartment is spacious, and the complex has a lot of amenities that are both fun and useful. Some of the features in the apartment, however, are obviously cheap and could use some upgrading (blinds, carpet, dishwasher, kitchen counters). The staff here is wonderful! Very responsive, helpful, and fix complaints quickly.
Alamance Reserve is a Great Place to live! My apartment is spacious, clean and quiet! I have the best view of the ravine, water and trees! There is 24hour work-out facility, salt water pool and a computer/meeting/business center that is secure with computers that are fast and new! The staff in the office communicates effectively and Maintenance is awesome. There are occasional club house resident socials. You get the opportunity to meet and greet your neighbors. I just met the neighbor who lives above me. She has lived here for eight years! When I get home late at night from work I just love coming home! I absolutely feel safe 100% in this wonderful community!
Lots of great amenities, pool, walking trail, dog park, etc. The grounds are kept very clean and the lounge/pool area is very modern. The neighbors are all friendly and quiet. A little on the pricey side, but you get quality for what you pay for.
