Dont care about residents
I have been complaining about my neighbor making so much noise in her apartment and that the neighbor has too much traffic, and etc. All the managers do is just call and say that they have spoken with her. Like that is going to stop her. The noise continues and you still complain and nothing is ever done. These apartments are very old and do need to be torn down because there are bugs. The apartment managers dont come out til its time to collect rent. Do not move over here!!!!!!!!!!

No!!!!
This Place Should Be Shut Down Until Proper Renovation is completed! It is Definitely Roach infested but the owners, Mary and Nathaniel, Try to blame tenants for the problem knowing they have not taken to time to properly exterminate. Mary likes to "Inspect" your place to see if your keeping their Already Dirty and Run Down apartments "Clean". I wish there was a way I could show pictures on here but unless you Have to, DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE!

DONT MOVE HERE
They have roaches and the maintenance is poor quality. The floors and some appliances are old. The cabinetry has not been replaced, nor has some carpets and ceiling fans. There are cracks and holes in the walls and floors and also rusted floor tile. There is no dishwasher or dryer connection. It is a noisy complex where police are always being called. Trash overflows in the dumpster.
