Been here for 4 years and I have been content with my neighbors, my apartment, my surroundings Sometimes when I ask maintenance to come by it does take a while but they eventually come. Sometimes the people who work in the office are not very friendly. The staff rotates so much so the energy ebb and flows. It would Be nice to have some benches in other places of the property while Walking dog Or just wanting to a moment to sit

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Nearly a year. I’ve used the pool during the summer and attended a few of the events put together by the leasing office staff. Haven’t had the chance to use the gym because all the equipment was broken, but I believe it’s all currently being fixed. Considering renewing after my 18 month lease ends this summer. My only complaint is the arrangement of the “Reserved” parking spots- I do wish they were separated equally amongst the buildings.

My experience here is about a 3 because I think things could be a bit better. As far as the maintenance work that gets done, managers not getting back to the residents as well as raising the rent.

I will say this, the office is what made my experience and stay amazing from Sarah, to all of her staff in the office the assistant managers and receptionist! I wish the maintenance was how it was when I first moved in that crew was very helpful quick and amazing but besides that the office people are helpful patient and understanding and I really appreciate the kindness and many benefits they give to help you thru things

I give a 3 star rating for the apartments because for 1 they keep raising the rent which I feel isn’t worth it. We don’t get as much help maintenance wise and when we do have the help the problem isn’t always solved.

Been having rat issues for at least 5 months now, and management say they got it handled but rats keep coming back, all they do is put more rat traps. I was told that they could not find any entry points, but more and more are coming out!

Friendly staff, few issues with pest but overall great experience . I think gym needs better security , I enjoy the pools. The parking is reasonable . My move I was a bit messy at first, but once settled in I was comfortable living .

It's a good place to live for what it is. My only real grievances are that the number signs have been down from my building since the summer and grocery delivery people have been getting lost. And if there's an issue, I wish the staff was better at picking up their phones. Other than that, it's good for my needs.

I have lived here for a little over a year and am still pretty happy with the price, location, and staff at the office. Everyone working here has been super friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of activities going on for free at the office, which is a nice perk.

Great access to the highways and multiple pools! The community is clean and quiet. There is very little disturbances even when there is highway noise in the distance. It is also surrounded by some nature! Also, the gym is great!

I have been renting at Agavefalls for 3 years, so far it has been peaceful and I dont have problems with parking. The reason I give 3 stars its because this year in the new apt I moved building gets hot and the air condition even do it gives cool air, it isnt enough. Mantainance already visited twice to check this summer but say its because how old building is and the other is the Laundry room always have machines not working.

Tengo como 10 años viviendo aquí,me gusta lo único que no me gusta es que el centro de lavandería no funcionan la mayoría de las maquinas,yo no tengo carro y se me hace muy difícil lavar la ropa.

My experience has been wonderful front the very first time I came to the property. Best I've ever had. I've had couple different apartments and from the day I came for a tour I've like everything about agave better than anything else and that's due to the staff.

Kayla is amazing! She quick with responses and great at communicating as Sarah super patient understanding and kind. It’s pretty quiet over here no issues. The new maintenance crew is a bit different from the last tho. The laundry room by mailbox is always broken besides that I have no issues. I never have a package stolen or feel uncomfortable

Great location and amenities! Pool, gym and surrounded by some quiet woods. There are two pools as well! Easy to access laundry facilities. It is mostly quiet even when it is by the highway. The porches are also nice and protect privacy well.

My experience here at the residents has been decent. Overall it’s a good community but the minor issues constantly can get a bit frustrating. Overall the experience has been okay.

I have really enjoyed the staff here and am loving the neighbors of this apartment. Although the apartment can feel a bit far away from downtown Austin it is grat for getting away from the city and still being in it.

I've really enjoyed living here so far. Will be a year in July. My neighbors have never given me any trouble. Mail has never been stolen. Oh, and we have Amazon lockers too which is super convenient.
