Affinity at Billings 55+

This is a beautiful, expertly maintained property, with all the amenities and activities that I can make use of and find the time to attend. The staff is incredibly friendly and often go over and above to help me when I have questions about how to make use of the amenities and activities that Affinity offers its residents and guests. The community itself is very friendly and there are many groups that form around shared interests and activities. If you are 55 or older, looking for a place to rent, and you would like more than just an apartment, check out Affinity, where you can come home to a warm and inviting community.

Beautiful apartments, well maintained, good layout. Lots of activities for the residents. The young lady who works there, Winifred, is very helpful and comes up with many of the activities for the residents! I enjoyed my time there!

The community spaces are well kept, and the grounds are lovely and clean. You couldn't ask for a better staff, and they are congenial and helpful.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay with friendly staff who are willing to help at anytime, along with friendly residents. The true nature of a place is how they react during hard times, and last year (2020) during the pandemic of COVID-19 the staff were the best! They made sure we were all safe and had groceries for those of us who could not get out ourselves. They arranged things so we had ways to be in contact with one another. Many of the regular activities are back now and I couldn't be happier! They keep the common areas clean and safe. I'm so glad I found Affinity at Billings!

These homes are flawless and the staff is absolutely exceptional! I recommend this property to all of my friends and loved ones. From the cozy community, the fun activities, to the exquisite interior designs. No matter if you are a resident or visitor, you feel at home.

Staff is very helpful, management is efficient and follows-thru; great pool and exercise room. The maintenance people are outstanding and caring. I've been here 4 years, and I like everything about it!

I recently toured Affinity at Billings for a family member and was very impressed. We did not have an appointment and the staff was very accommodating to us! Even though they were busy with other appointments they made time for us and did not make us feel like we were rushed or not important. We loved how they knew everyone we walked by by their name and introduced us to the maintenance and housekeeping staff as we passed them! We love that our family member is going to be in a safe and secure community and that they are moving into not just "an apartment" but an actual community!!

This place has everything, and then some! We are coming from a house, and love that this place takes care of everything. We can leave to see family or go on vacation and know that everything is taken care of. The residents came up to us while we were touring the facility and said how much they love it here. They even invited us in to see their apartment! From the cute pub to the swimming pool, I was sold! I am happy to know that there is a place that caters to us baby boomers.

I toured this community the other day and it was amazing! They have so many things for people to do, I don't think I will ever be bored. The staff was very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and when I got lost they were able to guide me the whole way there! I will absolutely be back to pick out my dream apartment!

I have recently visited Affinity at Billings and can honestly say that I am in love with the community. I plan to visit the community again to find the perfect apartment for me!
