This property is CHEAP..as in thin walls, not updated, the pool being blocked because it’s unsafe, roaches and bugs all around. They email and leave messages but don’t respond so if you have a problem you better come in person. Water turned off without notice, and inconvenient services you have no choice but to pay. Oh and a car care center? Ha! That’s not even a thing here.

The staff do not care about their tenants at all. The only priority of theirs is getting their monthly rent and charging as many fees as possible. I was paying for a monthly pest control and not once did they ever come around the complex in its entirety.

When I first moved in almost two years ago it was fantastic! Everyone in the office was super helpful, if I ever had an issue they sent someone up right away! The Laundry Rooms were always nice and clean as well as the complex itself. Now since the change of hands this past 9 months or so, it has become absolutely terrible! You can't get a hold of anyone actually IN the office, it always goes to someone off-site, and they swear up and down they will let the office know about your issue, but you will NEVER hear back from anyone! And that is if you can even get through on the line without it saying " this number is temporarily disconnected." You can even try emailing the office directly and you will NEVER hear back from them. There are broken down cars all in the complex now, when that was once not allowed. The apartments, for what you pay, are not renevated and are outdated. This place has really gone down hill these past few months and I can not wait until my lease is up next year. I will not be renewing.
Worse place ever. My rent amount changes every month. They changes me for renters insurance every month when I've had it since before i moved in. I took $24 out of my rent to make up for the money i am owed for the renters insurance. Came home today with a 3 day notice taped to my door and a charge of $105. It seems to me they would rather deal with evicting me that having a decent person rent the apartment. Every time i go into the laundry room and its a mess....i clean it up . I guess they don't want residents like me.
I am not sure if the reviews here are fake or what, esspecially the "Best Location Ever" one. This place is nowhere near the airport, theme parks or night life. The only place that is close in terms of night life is Rachels Strip Club. Now let me get to my actual review from a real resident. From day 1 I have had a bad roach, ant, earwig, and silverfish problem regardless of how much I cleaned my apt. The place also has a fair amount of stray cats roaming around. This place was built in the 1970s(my insurance gave me that info) and it really shows. Everything is wood. I can even feel uneven wood planks underneath the rug. When I first moved in, there was supposed to be maintenance done to it and the handyman(who I will not name for his own job security) that was there told me that there was supposed to have certain things replaced in my apartment but the management was too cheap to do it and they were just focused on getting the apartment filled. Next is that all of the vents are connected and you can smell everyones stench from each others bathrooms. The washer/dryers in the Laundry Rooms are operated by a card. Meaning you need a debit/credit card to operate it(SUPER UNSAFE). Someone stole the TV from one of the Laundry Rooms. Someone also broke into my neighbors car for absolutely no reason as my neighbor never bothers anyone. The power grid is ridiculous. Any kind of vibration from thunder will cause brown outs. Also, everyone shares the water/sewage bill. Good luck getting anything done from Jacqueline(Leasing Agent) and Noreen(Assistant Manager)as they won't do anything unless you actually sit there and make sure that you see them do what you need done.
Been here for approx a year and a half, great outdoors, great indoors great price. Really could not have asked for better.
Safe place for families and single people, you will be close to everything..airport, theme parks, water parks and night life. Best restaurants, with the best food. The updates pools are fantastic, after a long day at work you can lay down and enjoy the sunset of Florida life style.
