Some of the happiest years of my life were spent here!

I lived in this building for four years, and would have stayed forever if I could. The walking neighborhood is unbeatable, the building is always clean and bright (and this includes the laundry room), and the units are gorgeous. I cried for weeks before I moved out, and I still miss it every day. Nita, the building manager, is incredibly kind and helpful. Seriously, if you get the opportunity to spend time here, I wouldn't hesitate.

This place was absolutely amazing and much more beautiful in person! Cute and aesthetic vibe, right next to Rodeo Drive. So many stores, coffee shops, restaurants you name it! The manager was super helpful and made the process very easy. It will be my go-to place in Beverly Hills.

Meh

The building is very aesthetically pleasing from the outside and you can't beat the location. The building is walking distance from Saks and a lot of other Beverly Hills prime locations. This building is also relatively reasonably priced. Although the location and price are good, the building is very old and susceptible to a lot of the typical problems that old building have, such as thing easily breaking. And if something breaks, management is no rush to fix it.
