Adega is a great place to live and I have loved moving in. The staff is very kind and very efficient. The amenities are really nice and the community is very thoughtful. Even living next to a Costco, I have noticed very little outside noise and it is a very quiet community.

It was so quick and easy to apply and talk to Donna about what we were looking for and how soon! Getting approved took only a couple days and that shocked us. Adega is a beautiful place with great costumer service. We can’t wait to be living there!

I’ve been happy living here, the gated community is a security I love for my family and the onsite night patrol adds peace of mind.

Beautiful floor plan, awesome location with excellent amenities.

My rental experience at Adega has been too notch. The Associate Community Manager, Sarah, has been informative and supportive through the viewing and application process. Everything is automated which makes it super easy to manage all of the details. There’s even a checklist that helps you get your utilities and insurance set up!

Adega is a great apartment community. The units are beautiful and have great amenities. The non-smoking policy is fantastic as my husband and I are both asthmatic and we can rest assured that the air and community are respected and well maintained.

5/14/25 Great area, close to everything. Apartment is wonderful and fits our families needs. Is a little above what we wanted to spend but we prefer the peace of mind tax as the complex is gated. Mail room is nice unless you're getting a package and the delivery person does not follow instructions, it may end up in the room where its packages stacked on top of eachother so you will have to hunt for it as packages are left in the open in this one particular mail room.

Living at Adega! Quiet neighborhood, responsive management, and the amenities was a real plus. My one-bedroom was bright and spacious. Enjoy going out and sitting by the fire pits they have in the "garden" area . Only downside was occasional search for extra parking for guests but the upside was the third floor comes with a garage, that wasn't extra ontop of rent. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to call home. Would recommend!

My husband and I have had a great time living here! The area is great, it’s perfect for walking our dogs around. The area is always clean and pretty.

Living here is wonderful! Most of everyone is nice and keeps to themselves. They staff is really helpful and the parking is not too crowded. I do enjoy being here ??

It’s a nice, small community. The amenities could use some work other than that, no complaints as of yet. The water heater could use some work I do get cold water every now and then.

The apartment layout is spacious, especially kitchen storage and the largest bathroom you'll find in any apartment complex. The office staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is timely and effective. Location is within walking distance of Costco and many other stores and restaurants, yet the area is quiet.

Lovely! Everything here is wonderful. I wish the mail room was a bit more organized. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The neighbors are nice as well and it is notably a very quiet place.

We’ve been living here for about 2 months now and have enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer, like the convenient trash valet, dog wash station, fire pits, and dog park! We look forward to using the gorgeous pool area next Summer.

Apartment is really great with perfect amenities and the distance to everything around like Target, FoodMaxx, and great restaurants. The only downside is parking and it seems like people just park wherever they want to park and sometimes create their own parking spots.

Adega has been a great choice for us moving into a new apartment. Management has been really easy to work with particularly Sarah, making our application and move in really smooth. The quality of the apartment is good compared to other properties we looked at and the location is absolutely convenient and it’s a bonus that it’s on the much less traffic congested part of Rohnert Park. We would recommend Adega for anyone looking for an apartment.

The staff and apartment complex follows through with maintenance and overall upkeep of the complex. They are always friendly and prompt with responding to questions, requests, and, most importantly, ensuring that others are actually following through with community guidelines and rules.

It's always lovely here. Everything around the complex is beautiful. The landscapers make the whole place colorful and lively. I love the neighbors we have, everyone seems so kind here.

We recently moved into Adega and overall, the experience has been great! The management team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making the transition smooth. The apartment itself was clean when we arrived, which gave us a great first impression. The amenities and surrounding looks well maintained and everything seems to be in good working order. The location is convenient and very accessible to supermarkets and restaurants. There were a couple of minor issues in our unit but they were quickly addressed by the staff. So far, we’re really happy with our choice.

Our move in process was simple and easy! Donna was the best and helped us out so much. The landscaping is well maintained. Excited to be able to use the dog park. Can’t wait to start living here.

Despite having our apartment sprayed, we still have a major ant problem that just won’t go away. It's been frustrating dealing with these pests even after taking preventive measures. On top of that, the parking situation is terrible. It’s always a challenge finding a spot, and when you do, it’s usually far from our unit. Sometimes, we even have to park outside the complex or wait for someone to leave. Apart from these two issues, everything else is fine. The apartment itself is comfortable, and we haven’t encountered any other significant problems. The location is convenient, and the some of neighbors are quiet, which we appreciate. But the ongoing ant situation and parking struggle have really made things more difficult than expected. We’re hoping to get the ant issue resolved soon and maybe find a better solution for parking.

All the new solar panels are a great idea. Hopefully is will save us money. The gates are also a great idea can’t wait for the processes to be completed.

Greatest place to live in Rohnert Park, there is no place near to the peace and safe feeling here! My wife and our little corgi want to be live here as many years possible

When we first arrived approximately 5 years ago, people seemed to b much more friendly and outgoing. Things have changed. I absolutely love Adega however. The staff is always courteous and helpful

The apartment complex alone is so nice, people seem to be friendly and all the workers are kind. The property is quiet even though it’s in town which is amazing.

Adega Apartments offers spacious apartments at affordable prices, with friendly and responsive front office and maintenance personnel. No complaints and I have just renewed my lease for another year.

Adega is a very nice place. The unit is spacious, the floor plan is very functional and the appliances are great. The community is clean, well-maintained, located to many nearby stores and restaurants and we love that it will be solar powered soon. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We are very happy that we have chosen this place.

Adega is truly a luxury apartment experience. The grounds are always kept pristine, and the amenities are amazing. Maintenance team gets a huge shout out here. Any issue that has arisen has been taken care of quickly and professionally. The units are larger than you would think, and are quite functional. I love Adega being my home, and look forward to living here for years to come.

in the beginning when we moved to Adega everything seemed to be great. But as time went by, we realized things that we would never have noticed at first. We live on the second floor and I think it's the worst place to live. You hear everything the upstairs neighbor does, everything, not just the footsteps, but the noise of the toilet you hear in your room, the noise of drawers slamming, and the very loud footsteps. our apartment is above the garages and the noise of the gate motor is unbearable. All this disturbs our peace, and we still have a small baby. apart from the noise of the Costco trucks that are always unloading at all hours. Finding a parking space if you have 2 cars or more will be difficult unless you arrive early! And now, with the construction of new buildings, the leisure areas will certainly get worse too! THE OLD NEIGHBORS ARE GREAT! The apartment is really beautiful and new, but very noisy! If you like silence, this is not the place for you!

love living here. We're close to the freeway, work, family, Costco, and target! what more can you ask for? Would recommend Adega to friends and family!

Beautiful, modern, quiet place to live with a prime location and great amenities. Could use more parking residents choose to park their car in a guest parking spot and not move them for days probably because the complex charges an additional $40 for an additional parking spot. Don’t know what that will mean m when the 400 newly built apartments are completed. It also lacks a safe way to exit community. Cars sadly drive really fast on the street where lots of residents tend to park their vehicles since there is very minimal guest parking in the apartment complex. Which makes it very dangerous to exit lot when you can’t see hardly any on coming traffic going above speed limit. Management is inadequate to overlook any and all current/future residents of the community as they “short staffed” and can’t be reached on the weekends , “don’t have systems in place” to avoid any expensive charges only to be covered out of a resident’s expense, “and don’t have time” to do there job and go “above and beyond”. Which is very disappointing since management lives on the property. They have proven to show their lack of empathy and compassion once you sign your lease and collect the rent$$$$$. At Adega the apartment is thing that is “Luxurious” and not the service. More was just expected of them for the amount they charge a month.

This community is gorgeous with amazing amenities and ever a little dog park and dog washing area this is by far the best community insonoma county.

I moved from out of state and didn't have time to come down and look at various places so the self-guided tours were amazing. Sarah and Donna were both very timely in their responses to my questions and super friendly. It's like a little oasis here. So convenient to everything. I like that it's not a huge complex and the neighbors are very friendly. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be here.
