I have lived here for 4+ years, and the management changes every year because it's so bad. Trash everywhere, numerous floods in my apt, mold, roaches, smells, and I had no heat for 6 weeks when the temp was 0-10. They do no fix anything and if they do, they use the cheapest parts available. The apts are so old that the roots of the trees are growing into the pipes which clogs everything. Then they give you a "base" price then charge over 300 for water, sewage, pest control (that's a joke) etc... Also, they have been towing cars that don't have a parking pass, so if you have company over, beware- they will tow their car. This is the absolute worse apt I have ever lived in and Im so glad that my lease is almost up!

Close to everything I need in my life. Friendly staff too.

This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in. the first two months I moved in my heat was out my storage door was broken. the kitchen stove fan was broken the drawers were broken. They will slam you with fees and not give you a reason why but they make you pay them. I had to pay a $3oo credit approval fee and they won't tell me why i wasn't approved and i have prefect credit prefect rental history. they slammed me with this fee 2 months after i moved in. The management is the worst management I have ever dealt with. I wished I never moved here.

I went by this place after speaking to them the day before made appointment. When I got there the staff was causing in the back offices with each other. Had kids running around playing " I guess they ran a daycare in there too " I was told I didn't have an appointment , but she showed me a paper with pricing on it. I asked a few questions, she became very rude on answering them. I'm not understanding why . But that just told me that was not the place for me to live. Thank you for the heads up. Did not want to deal with staff like that.

I loved my apartment!! Maintenance was improving and very nice! New office staff some where nice, but the new manager was not so! Don’t get sick or lose your job, because they will not work with you! They do not accept any rental assistance!!!!

One of the only good things about these apartments is that they are somehow soundproof enabled, other than that, management for this property will try to trick you into signing the lease, staff gets paid bonuses to rent out units. Once you're in the lease, they will not hesitate to not help you when needed, maintenance will take forever to come to your unit and most times will complete a work order without ever showing up at the place. Management and most staff are rude and lack courtesy and customer service skills. Roaches do show up at times and the smell in common areas inside the building is the worst. The office is closed most times in the afternoon and Mirela will not hesitate to call the cops on you. Definitely a very rude lady. These apartments are not renovated as they advertise, MAKE SURE TO CHECK EVERYTHING prior to signing the lease, they will rip you off...

Place is COVERED in roaches, management is RUDE and will HANG UP ON YOU, maintenance is SEVERELY understaffed, and rent is INSANE. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST !! Terrible management. Lie about completing work orders, never call back, new management all the time and always worse than the last. Extreme rodent issues!!! Rats, flys, roaches in the apartment and they waited weeks to do anything about it. Do not waste your time or money here!

The premium apartments are very nice and all the residents are very nice. This is a safe complex to live in despite the immediate surrounding area. I had issues on move in day. The apartment I was supposed to be in had not been cleaned yet and was not the same apartment I was showed in my tour. It was an absolute disaster and I demanded a different apartment ASAP. I got to move to the premium apartment with a refund and after a lot of fighting with the manager. The office does not accept my bank account so for multiple months I was being charged fees for non-sufficient funds and I was told I would be reimbursed and I have yet to see that money. I now have to go to Walmart to pay my rent. I will be moving out next year. The apartments are nice, but it’s a headache to live here.

I have been waiting for a bonus of 200 months for recommending a person who has been living since July, in the offices they tell you that they are going to check and talk to the manager and everything is a lie nobody solves the problem, tremendous cockroach, the hot water has lacked me 6 times in the last 2 months. What I want is to leave here.

Very rude! Was approved for an apartment! Paied 200 application fee, get a call back saying because at one time is was in eviction status, not evicted! And it was taken off! That I lied about saying if I have ever been evicted! Which again, NEVER have! And then was told I couldn’t get my 200$ back! Very unprofessional! And was also told a move in date, even went and got renters insurance! Just to be told I was denied! Even though a week before I was accepted!! WORST place I have ever dealt with!!!

Me and my other two roomates live in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment and it is more than plenty. We are not the type to have others other, but when we do they are suprised at the place. Being right here off the highway and Bardstown Road it is very easy to get places. I love the location and all that this building and the employees provide.

I live in a three bedroom, but the apartment is really big, the kitchen is huge, big rooms and a wonderful master bedroom.

I moved to Addison Park this past summer. I love the layout (1 bedroom), the new appliances and the staff is great. from the beginning, however, it's been a struggle with bugs and i'm not sure if the issue will ever be resolved. I've had roaches since the day i moved in. 6-7 bugs killed a day at first. then i had it sprayed/bombed by pest control and that fixed the issue for a long time but more recently i've been killing a roach once a month. it makes me want to barf and give up that they'll ever be gone. my neighbors below me smoke like banshees and i realize you're allowed to do so in your own home, but the smell comes up through the kitchen area and affects the entire living area. people think i'm a smoker when they come over. nothing hides it, unfortunately. i love my balcony even though it has zero privacy as it overlooks the neighbor's backyard and i'm sure they feel the same having 6 units looking at them. and lastly, the place is really old. so old in fact, that the heating system is hot water/boilers. several times i've had to fore-go a hot shower. saying all this, the staff is doing their best and i am not bashing them. i have come to the realization that roaches are just here in these buildings and they win no matter what. i will not be staying after my lease is up.

I've lived in these apartments for almost 3 years now; and it has changed drastically. The rent was changed from $649 to roughly around $849. There were a lot of units vacant due to previous fires, but it was really what I was looking for at the time. Now that the building is under new management, all the buildings have been renovated, even the office; which includes a club house and computers. A small laundry was attached to the club house for those who do not have W/D hookups, and it is very close to the new playground. Heat, hot water, and trash are included in the rent, which is great during the winter. Since I only pay personal electric, my LG&E has only been around $30 to $50. They have now installed glass security doors to each building, where only a person with a key to that building can get in. It is an inconvenience when carrying groceries or letting someone in, but I feel a lot safer than my first year here. They also have security that stays on duty throughout the night, which is good because I leave for work at 5:30 am. I do admit it is a bit noisy living right next to the expressway, but it is easy to tune it out; plus the expressway is right there. Sullivan College is in walking distance along with several stores and restaurants. My son's school is only 2 miles away, and very close to "Farnsley park". The parking lot has also been upgraded, along with the new playground. Most of the office staff is friendly, but they have changed employees so much over 3 years. It may take a moment for maintenance to get to you depending on what the issue is, but I did see they posted a sign that they were hiring for maintenance. The only bad thing I have noticed, is that the landscape needs work. The sidewalks are sinking so all the rain water gathers in one spot so that you have to walk in the grass sometimes. There is also one trash compactor for the entire complex; in which you either have to walk it or put it in your car and take it over there. When it is full, you will see overflowing trash. You also cannot throw bulk items away, like a TV/mattress/couch/desk, you have to go to a city dumb or something. They will fine you $50 for trash left outside your door. So far, I like it here because it is what I wanted; 2 bed, 2 bath, balcony, W/D hook ups, and some utilities paid. But if they raise the rent any more, I think it will drive me to leave. Compared to the other apartments in this area, this one is the best.

I love Addison Park. Just renewed my lease in May. No hassle no increase on rent. Security is great. My car got broken into the first few weeks i lived here and within a week they had security patrol from 10pm to 6am. Office hours are great. Maintenance is awesome. ive only had a few issues and they were very prompt on handling them. Friendly staff. they vacuum and clean our hallways once a week. They have repaved all of our streets so potholes are gone. recently added stop signs and speed limit signs. I had a problem with the post office not delivering packages to my mailbox, so now i use the office address. They call and let me know they are in and i just swing by and pick them up. Love that they know me by name. :)
