Recently we had a shooting and they aren't repairing the gate that has been broken for months. Also, I have had a leak for two weeks that they refuse to fix even though I call them every other day about my bathroom getting flooded.

We are always seeing people complain about issues regarding pests. We've lived here a year and maybe experienced one or two roaches the entire time. It's an apartment complex. It's not uncommon to see pests every now and then. Other than that this property has been awesome.

I have lived in 4 apartment complexes in my life. I have never had a leasing crew treat me so poorly. After making MULTIPLE mistakes along the leasing process, these people just lie to your face and claim that they have essentially done nothing wrong. They clearly don't care about you or your apartment, just want your money. Highly recommend staying away from this apartment complex and finding one with a more competent leasing staff.

Nothing against the apartment itself or its location. But for several months, I've found nothing but roaches in my apartment. They are not found by my garbage or food; they just scuttle in my KITCHEN cupboards. It's disgusting. I've talked with other tenants in my own building, and they have them too. Someone just moved in and found 3 in their kitchen when they opened the door. I've asked other tenants and the "pest control fee" we pay for is worthless. I even addressed it with the office and whatever they are doing isn't enough.
Very spacious. Love our neighbors and office staff are friendly.
Nice central dog park. Lots of sidewalks and grassy areas to walk and play with my dogs!

I've been here for a little bit now and I can honestly say that these are the nicest apartments I have ever lived at. Everything is clean and updated and they do regular pest control visits to keep the nasty vermin I was used at other apartments at bay. I love how it feels like a real neighborhood with lovely neighbors and people out and about using the amenities and walking their dogs. You also can't beat having washer/dryer hook ups in the apartment! This is the happiest I've been with an apartment complex in a long time

Overall, the best part of living here is the excellent location in the Knoxville area. Very easy to go in any direction, accessing the interstate very quickly. My apartment is pretty average. The office staff is friendly, but not always thorough. I always appreciate the good community-sharing opportunities, and the pool is one of the best I've seen!
This has been a great place to live having moved from out of state and not knowing much about the area. The location is quiet yet very close to everything you could need. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly from day 1! The on-site amenities and in-unit washer/dryer in the 1 bedroom units are great bonuses as well!
I love how safe the community feels here. This is my first apartment experience, and the administration is so kind and helpful with everything! My roommate and I love our comfy home!
You can’t beat the price of the one bedroom apartments for the size of it. So much room and lots of storage. Friendly and quiet community, great complex for dogs as well!
I have lived here since August 2022 and absolutely love the feel of community here. The amenities are amazing and the clubhouse is beautiful! I love the feel of home and I love my apartment layout especially the 3 bedroom townhouse.
These apartments are infested with roaches. Be sure to stock up with RAID! Multiple tenants have complained, as it's not an isolated issue. I haven't gone longer than 7 days without seeing one! DO NOT move here.
PLEASE READ THIS This Complex's Staff do never fix anything, and fail to take responsibility for problems. I would not recommend this complex, if you're hoping for a staff who communicates and is helpful. I wrote this review several months ago, and, not only are the management frustratingly unhelpful, but the maintenance team actively works against the preferences of the residents. From refusing to fix easy plumbing issues to painting “no parking” in an area which already has limited parking, this complex actively works against the needs of the residents. Do not live here.
I have been a resident since June 2021 in their one bedroom unit. I moved in and only some of the renovations were completed. They were extremely kind and respectful during the renovation process and took all information I had relayed to them and put it in my file. I am excited to moved into a townhome in April with my roommates. I absolutely love living in this complex as the units are beautiful. The staff are all super amazing and very helpful. 10/10 recommend

While they may have done some recent upgrades to make the property/apartments look nicer, residents are not a priority to this company. Beware of renovations that were just cosmetic, not addressing any issues. Do not expect them to be understanding or considerate of you as a tenant. Communication is awful. Good luck being able to actually talk to anyone at the office unless you go in. Lack of notice for renovations, zero help getting a package that was delivered after I moved. Never received the full security deposit amount they said I would get back after moving out. If you move here, plan to be just a number and a monthly check to them.
A few things that happened while I was living here: 1. Roommate called emergency line after someone broke into her car: absolutely no answer, was told to leave a message. 2. Shower broke: Had to call 3 times to get them to come fix it. 3. The BIGGEST problem: the staff are so disrespectful and they do not keep their word or keep track of their paperwork AT ALL. 4. They tried to kick me out of my apartment after they signed a contract and agreed to extend my lease a week until my new apartment was available. I had to take off work and drive home just to take care of that whole mess because they can't keep track of their paper work. 5. They threatened to tow cars within a few hours notice if they didn't move their cars for construction. Residents should be notified way in advance for these type of things. Expecting someone to leave work to move a car is unacceptable. This apartment has serious problems. They have terrible staff who are rude and disrespectful and have NO idea what they are doing, mold, and at one point their was a rat infestation. They hide their issues by promoting their "renovations". Trust me when I say you do not want to live here. I wish I could give zero stars.
Terribly managed, cockroaches and mosquitos are a HUGE problem. Rats and mice are a problem. Apartments are not well maintained and have water damage, mold and other visual issues like peeling paint. Management is near impossible to contact, it's almost like they're hiding from all of the problems. If you can contact them they truly do not care about what you have to say.
There is always good and bad with any apartment community. My experience has been great. Moved in to my 3bedroom townhome in April and I love it. Love the pools, and the exterior paint colors. Staff is always helpful. No complaints here.
Maintenance is terrible. They do not communicate at all and the little work they do is terrible. Ive waited for 6 months for some things. They can’t even caulk a bathtub! And the “renovations” are terribly done. For example, when they painted, they didn’t clean or even open my door. There’s a visible line of dirt where it’s trimmed in. Overspray is everywhere outside. Cockroaches are everywhere. I had to treat my apartment myself to get rid of them but they’re still all over the parking lot every night.
We rented the old unit. There are lots of cockroaches in the kitchen and they don't do anything with it. Cupboards are too old that dust went out and almost collapsed.
Wish I could say 0 stars. NO communications with their tenants, changed all their information without telling anyone. My roommates car got broken into and the office said nothing about it. Screwed us over several times. Floorboards are coming up and maintenance still has not come. The front desk lady is extremely rude. Tries to add extra charges to our rent without explaining why. I could keep going.
