Adagio is the first complex I've lived in and am SO PLEASANTLY SURPRIZED. I lived in a two bedroom home previously. Also, unexpected was how quiet the whole complex is. Office staff respond quickly to any questions or concerns. I would talk to anyone who is contemplating a move to this complex.

I have been a leasee resident here for almost 2 years and am very glad my daughter for this complex. The office staff have been very helpful, informative and pleasant. When maintenance is requested, I have been contacted within 24 hours, and completion, shortly thereafter. The grounds are immaculate, gym, pool and jacuzzi are kept up. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. No loud music, very family oriented.

Adagio is an attractive, well-maintained community. It offers ammenities such as a pool, an exercise room and a storage area on the patio. It is a quiet community with residents respectful of others; I have not experienced a noisy environment. When the pool is being used, there are sounds of people enjoying themselves, but it has not been disruptive to me. Overall, it is a pleasant place to live.

I've been a resident in my second year here. The staff, cleaning, parking and trash pickup is excellent. The residents are pretty respectful. The residents who own dogs have two places where they are provided with doggie bags. My most enjoyable thing is the quietness of the complex. No parties, unless in the pool/recreation area. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

This is my second time living at Adagio. My daughter and I came back due to the fact that it is quite, clean, "gated" & in a central location as far as freeway access, the Lake, and shopping, etc. I do love the location of ur apt this time better than last as we are by the pool and our surrounding neigbors have become friends :)

I have lived at Adagio for a year now and really like the complex, residents and staff
Maryann and Presley are also very helpful in the office whenever I need to reach out. Maintenance is addressed quickly and efficiently. I've been here for 2 and a half years and I feel the service as only gotten better. Happy to be here.
The premises (gardening, plants, etc) are nicely maintained. I regard this complex to be safe and quiet. A pool and small gym are included on the property. A small washer/dryer is in each unit. The dining room has a ceiling fan.

Paper thin walls, not enough space, amenities I don't use.
So far so good. Neighbors are friendly, parking is easy, apartments and landscaping are well maintained. Management has been easy to work with.

I like it here but the walls are so thin you hear everything!
Maryann was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and made myself and my family feel welcome, free to ask questions, and was certainly a factor in my decision to rent with this property. Moving away from home feels much more doable with such a warm community atmosphere and friendly management staff.

The complex is well-kept and clean. the pool area always looks inviting. plenty of parking. Feel safe.
Maintenance of the complex is usually kept at a high level.
I live on a corner, ground unit that is accessed from the parking lot. I am never disturbed by noise from foot traffic. I like a quiet environment, and this apartment complex is quite peaceful. I would definitely encourage people to rent here.

i submitted a request about 2 and a half weeks prior to the issue getting addressed because the rep was on vacation. other than the delay of the issues getting addressed, I would recommend this community.

I would recommend it based on the office staff but I wouldn't recommend it when you can get a pretty similar place about 20 minutes east for $500 less a month!

I'd tell them the place is clean and nice for the most part but expect lease jumps every year with no new features or amenities.
Overall community was great, but upstairs neighbors were absurdly loud at all hours - never filed a complaint because it was kids running around, and there isn't a lot to be done about that.
The dog breed restrictions don't seem to be enforced, we have neighbors with pit bulls.
Would only recommend this complex should the management be overhauled.
I think it's a little too expensive for what it is, and the noise issue I mentioned before, also the fact that no utilities are covered would keep me from recommending Adagio to a friend.
The team there is extremely friendly. I read the online reviews and completely don't agree. I feel this manager here is warm and creates a welcoming feel, to an already comfortable environment
Again; the community is nice but one of the managers does nothing to help with being sensitive and understanding issues. When we moved out she failed to provide us with assistance. When we were moving in she had an attitude and has a very strong personality. Danielle in the other hand is very responsive and easy to talk to. We felt comfortable with her. Also, the issue we had with neighbors playing loud music and leaving dog poop all over the front of the complex by our door and letting their dog pee by our door. We complained and called security many times. Nothing was down to alleviate the problem. When we complained about poop we ended up getting a notice on our door about it and we were the ones who placed the complain on the neighbors. I get that they don't want peopl's feelings hurt but when these people are dirty and really making it hard for other tenants they should be given reprimands or asked to leave. It was very bad.
Rental rate experience are much higher than the other apartments and we cannot find a proper and any benefits as a resident for this couple years to jump to the better or two bedroom apartments and we cannot recommend to the friends and family because anytime every single hours the price is changing.
Would have stayed if no rent increase. With the increase , I found a bigger apt with better amenities
