Access @ Rohnert Park

These apartments have an excellent on site manager. Just a 2 block walk to the Smart Train, Oliver’s Market, Red Bird Bakery, The Twins and a gym! Very clean and considerate neighbors. I highly recommend this complex.

If you are looking for a place to rest your head that is clean and safe, Access is the spot. Gina, the property manager, truly cares about answering any questions or concerns very promptly and makes sure the community is top notch. And you get a washer/dryer in each unit which is, sadly, hard to come by these days.

From first contact to moving out, this apartment complex was fantastic! The manager, Gina, is an absolutely amazing person. If you’re looking for a quiet, friendly place to live - look no further.

As I will be moving out in a couple of days from my apartment at Access @Rohnert Park to relocate, I would like to share the great experience I have had here. Access @ Rohnert Park is in a wonderful community, friendly people, and great amenities! Gina in Property Management is amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She walked me along the process of renting the apartment and assisted me with all my needs while my stay at Access. Go, find her if you need a new place! She will take care of you and make the moving process smooth!

Since the first contact with them they were amazing! Gina is one of the best managers we even had, everything is always super clean and organized, the maintenance is super efficient and the apt is all new stuff and super cute! Definitely a lovely place to live.

From the first phone call all the way to moving out Gina was Amazing! I had a ton of questions as this was my first time moving into a place on my own and she was absolutely the best! The complex is very quiet and the apartment was very nice! I would definitely recommend the access apartments. Thank you Gina!

The new management is doing a lot better, we have a pool now and the landscaping looks wonderful. Gina in the office is great and incredibly helpful. The building quality could be better but all in all a great location. Best part is lots of utilities are included with rent. Would recommend

I am going through some trauma and getting a divorce, so I recently had to move out of my house and look for an apartment. Gina, the property manager, is a wonderful, kind and empathetic human being. She worked tirelessly to get me an apartment after my separation, while I was living in a motel. She was relentless and did not give up on me nor my application, especially since the paperwork can take a long time to process due to the local government here in Sonoma County, something out of her control. The apartments here are simply amazing for what you get. Not only that, Gina works so hard and tirelessly for all the people here. The facilities are fantastic so let's review: The design of the space is brilliant as the apartments are all single story, so there are no stairs and no people above or below you making noise. All apartments have recently been remodeled and are absolutely beautiful on the inside with laminate flooring, updated appliances, and a washer and drier inside each unit. Most of the apartments overlook the beautiful pool, and if they don't, all apartments overlook drought tolerant landscaping of vibrant yarrows and native sages. There is a community barbecue area which has at least two grills and an outdoor sink. I read through the other comments and I want to provide my feedback: The pool is finished and it's beautiful. While there is no covered parking, the parking here is safer than any other place I've seen. With my car 10 ft away from my apartment vandalizing it is very difficult! There are several barbecue grills and YES they work. The layout of the grills is well-designed and there are even outdoor sinks. There is a fire pit and it works well, maybe too well for me. (I cannot take that much direct heat). Gina, the property manager, is one of the best property managers I have ever seen. She has an incredible work ethic, cheerful personality and really cares about what she does. Honestly, the primary reason I am renting here is because of Gina, the property manager. This is everything to me: I've rented at apartments with more amenities than Access or at apartments more expensive than Access, though they had terrible property managers. Nothing ever got done and I soon found myself looking for a new apartment after my rental contract was up. I enjoy renting at Access Apartments in Rohnert Park and I am very happy with Gina, the property manager. I cannot recommend this place and Gina more!

I was a student at Sonoma State and rented here. I felt very comfortable and liked how the apartment was remodeled and everything was kept clean. Gina is the new manager and she was wonderful and easily accessible. The new owners have cleaned up the place including the pool and BBQ’s and it is a great place to live.

The office never answers, pool is not done, no covered parking. You can call the office and email them and they don’t answer you even when you do rent here. I’m leaving early!

No, just no. Trust me... no! New management is *attempting* to turn this place around, but they can’t fix the buildings themselves. These are built soooo poorly. Every single move and flinch and word your neighbor says, you will hear. There are NO WINDOWS unless you have a corner unit. Everything is falling apart since week one. It has been a year and there are NOOOO amenities even though they advertise every amenity in the book, but that still wouldn’t fix how awful the building itself is! I’ve had quiet neighbors who just sneeze or cough, or run the faucet and I hear EVERY SECOND OF IT. The street nearby has people racing down it the whole time. The windows don’t cut out any noise and the doors have gaps to allow massive spiders in..... Just no!

There is no pool, zen garden, dog park, bbq area, fire pit or corn hole area, non of the outdoor amenities exist. There is no covered assigned parking. There isn’t even assigned parking. There isn’t even 2 bedroom apartments. Rent is ridiculous for what you get.

Went to property to see about an vacancy and this guy told us we don't have any we are full and rushed us off,I called and never got a call back.
