As a tenant at this community, I’ve had the opportunity to be assisted by Kayla D. on several occasions, and each time has been a positive and refreshing experience. She is always warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walk into the office. Kayla listens closely, takes action right away, and makes sure everything is handled. What I appreciate most is her consistency — she always shows genuine care, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported. She answers every question with patience and detail, and I always leave the office feeling reassured and truly taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who not only gets the job done, but does it with such kindness, efficiency, and reliability. Kayla D. deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service she provides, and I am truly grateful for the way she continues to make my experiences here so smooth. I highly recommend that current and future residents seek out Kayla — you’ll be in the best hands possible.

I would give zero stars if possible. Since moving into this apartment, I have felt constantly harassed and falsely accused of things that are not true. Most recently, management accused me of letting my dog urinate on the balcony at a time when I was not even home. I have proof to show I wasn’t there, yet they continue to make these claims and threaten my lease renewal. The lack of communication from the office makes everything worse. I’ve tried to be patient and professional, but instead of resolving issues, management seems to disregard my concerns and focus on false complaints. Living here has been stressful and unfair, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for honest and respectful management.

I have been experiencing such a great time here at Accent Suwanee Creek. Not only is everything brand new but the staff is so helpful! I want to give a special shoutout to Melissa and Jessica for such a smooth moving experience. They are amazing!! I highly recommend this property! Thank you Team Accent Suwanee Creek!

Words can’t describe how amazing this apartment community is! The architecture, design scheme, amenities and everything about this community makes it worth calling home. Being brand new just adds to the perfection! You can immediately tell they take pride in everything from the craftsmanship of the exterior to the interior even having 96 inch doors! You don’t find that everywhere! The stainless steel appliances and brand new washer and dryers are also a plus. Let’s not forget the huge deck space!! I’m sold! Lastly I must give so much credit and praise to Melissa. She is professional, courteous, polite and patient. Did I also mention she will follow up and keeps her word?! Customer service excellence at its finest! Thank you for everything Accent and I look forward to being your next resident!

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She showed a couple of floorplans I was interested in. She even sent me a video tour of a floorplan that wasn't available for touring due to construction. There should me more leasing agents like her. She has gone above amd beyond to fulfill my requests. She is a very sweet and amazing professional. Keep it up Melissa!!!

This property is brand new and nice. The leasing professional, Kayla, and other staff are very helpful and easy to understand.

The community is SO BEAUTIFUL! Not to mention how great the maintenance team is. They work so hard to keep the breezeways and grounds looking so clean. They are also on top of it when it comes to the work orders. I would HIGHLY recommend you checking them out. You won’t regret it!

The amenities and grounds are beautiful and brand new. The property staff is very welcoming and approachable. Specifically, Nicole is always very helpful!

The property is brand new, still under construction but coming out nicely. I had the pleasure of working with Kayla. Any question I had she found an answer to. The amenities are nicely decorated, and I love that the gym is 24 hours!
