All the apartments are all up to date and the staff are all very nice. The amenities are all nice and well kept. Some of the tenants can be a little spotty with music and loudness but overall great with the new management coming in and they have a 24/7 security team you can call if there is anything you need. Have brand new townhomes being built as well. Nice to see a active management team

Love the design of the apartment, the amenities, etc! Jessica was very helpful in explaining everything. The only downside is that my neighbors above me walk heavily and make noise at odd hours of the day/night. This is the only thing I’d change. Overall, it’s a great community.

So far living here for 4 months, I have had a great experience. Super clean. No bugs, everything is luxury. Can’t hear neighbors in my building. My elevator hasn’t been broken down. Homeless population outside, but they really don’t ever bother us, from what I’ve seen. I’m a single woman living alone and I feel safe. I really can’t find anything to complain about. The only thing I’ve brought up to management is about some exterior lighting needed, it hasn’t got done yet, but I only brought it up a month or two ago.

Needs some improvements but we are happy for the most part. The office staff should answer phones more and amenities need upgrades. Gym is never clean and most machines are damaged. The hallways are dirty and trash get pilled up.

It's not the best place to live, the rent is at a unreasonable amount for what you experience here. The homeless people either break into the building to sleep in the empty rooms, dog owners never picking up after their dogs, some of the staff is unreasonable and extra at the same time while two or three of them are actually good workers that care, we do not have events that anyone wants to go to besides people who are just that bored, and the walling and ceiling are so thin you basically can hear everything your neighbors are doing. What will the leasing office do? Nothing. Just tell you to call a third party and do absolutely nothing to make it so you can enjoy peace and quiet in your apartment. And if all that doesn't help you see what this place is like. Just remember. The rent here isn't worth it and is to much for any room you choose. P.s. the dog park is so bad you'll be baffled. They won't fix anything in that park. Or improve it. They don't care. We spoke to them many times.

At first we loved these apartments because they were so close to the city and not extremely overpriced. This is still a plus but I now feel like the negatives outweigh the positives. My car was stolen out of the parking lot. If we had not resigned our lease (which starts in 2 months) we would be leaving. The property management team won't allow us to terminate the new lease, even though we no longer feel safe here. There are constantly people who do not live here in the parking lots and on the property, we've even been harassed while walking our dogs. The team claims that they have security and a security system, but that didn't stop someone from committing grand theft auto on their property. I understand that they cannot help where they are located, but they could put gates around the property so that no one is allowed to enter the property without key tagging in, so only people who live here can be on the property. I would avoid living here. I think it is extremely worth it to pay more for a place that feels safe and a team that makes sure these things don't happen.

I love community rewards program and how they host events to meet new neighbors in a social setting. I don’t like the times the fire alarm has gone off but thank God it’s been fixed

Great complex and amenities. Location will be great in a few years, but as of now it’s not the best/safest/cleanest. I do enjoy quick access to 77. Only problem is the property staff / management changes too much, leaving a bunch of new staff with no answers.

I love the amenities, the convenience of location, and the staff, I just don’t enjoy what comes with the surrounding area. There are many drug users scattered around the area and we have had our own individual experiences with theft and other inconveniences.

I've lived here for almost a year now and have enjoyed every month! The new building brings a lot of perks like cheap electric bills due to the great insulation, the ever improving security, the great amenities and super close to uptown & the light rail!

They are unorganized and take a long time fulfilling requests and things you have paid for but the facilities are really nice. The valley trash is confusing and limited. You are given a small trash can and can only put out what can fit inside it and only one bag as well. And no boxes! Even if they are broken down. Otherwise nice people.

We have no complaints living here! We are on the 4th floor, facing uptown. We never hear our neighbors which is a huge plus! Garbage is picked up regularly outside of our door which is convenient.

Only downside is homeless situation on 77/Woodlawn and the sketchy motel, but increased security presence recently has had a noticeable impact. The community itself is very safe and it's a great option on the outskirts of south end!

I love this community so much! I couldn’t imagine a more perfect multi family situation. Everything is so elegant and clean. Also, the staff is very nice.

I’ve had a poor experience living at this location. At times the property was not properly maintained. I felt unsafe due to the location. One elevator so when the elevator is out of service you have to walk up to location.

modern luxury apartment, with great amenities, but the location surrounding is just okay. it is right by the highway though and I find the apartment to be maintained relatively well.

The office staff is great, energetic and insightful. Maintenance is responsive and prompt. We’ve been here for a couple of weeks now, and even though we had to request a few repairs up front, they were addressed swiftly and plans made to complete repairs when appropriate parts came in. The unit itself is beautiful and the layout is extremely efficient. The rent special was a huge selling point for us, but the cost of rent is fair considering how expensive it is in other areas nearby. We look forward to enjoying our new home and watching the area around us develop.

Beautiful complex with great amenities. staff is great with the new tenants. The dog park is a plus. Close to many stores and uptown Charlotte.

Been living here about 3 weeks now with my boyfriend and everything’s been good for the most part! Love the community, everyone I’ve met who lives here has been super nice and welcoming. Some issues we’ve ran into thought is valet trash not taking our trash when we’d leave it out as instructed. Our fobs have also been faulty and being on and off again when it comes to letting us in. Thankfully the butterfly app makes a good back up to getting in buildings.

I love my space but i can hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps very loudly and it shakes my apartment. There is nothing to be fixed but wow is it annoying.

For the most part it’s been very chill vibes in this neighborhood and a great staff! Never had an issue getting help In a timely manner no matter how large or small the question or issue the staff will help and I love that!

The staff was very inviting and rasy to communicate with. They are always informing us of changes and or things that are going on in the community. The staffbis very helpful with intial move in also there if you have any questions.

The apartment complex is nice but I do not recommend moving here. My car was broken into a couple weeks ago and no footage was capture. During that time 2 other cars were broken into as well. Nothing was caught on camera. I still have yet to received my gift card which they continue to say they are working. Resident let random people in the building which beats the purpose of having key fobs to get in the building. They really should invest in overnight security if the cameras cannot catch multiple angles of the parking lot. Rent is to high to be dealing with car broken and no camera footage. I have also caught random homeless guy smoking drugs on side building. But on the other hand the new property manager is a sweet heart. Hopefully she can turn this place around

Beautiful neighbor,low noise we just need more stores to shop. The small shops around this area are convenient and close, not having a car isn't that bad most things are right here.
