I've been here 6 months now which is a fair amount of time to see how things are really really done. Accent really is an upgraded apartment that really does have a big kitchen with lots of storage with all new appliances, it really does have a big bath tub and a washer and dryer included. An amazing amenity package including a big pool and hammocks to chill in and a spacious gym to work out in , but what you don't know is the maintainance team goes above and beyond do help you out, the leasing staff makes day to day living here feel like home. They schedule socials, food trucks, give aways, contests and even listen to your soap opera of a love life! Where can you live in a city full of strangers that everyday you know the folks that keep this place running care about your safety, comfort and care. Nowhere but Accent at Berkeley Place It's not just another apartment.

It's been very nice and peaceful living here. I haven't had any issues except for the lack of parking spaces. Management/staff has been excellent. Especially Faitima! The pool, gym, and amenities are very nice however, I do wish they had a pool table. They use Fetch which I think should be optional since I've been paying for a service that I NEVER use but almost every complex is using it now. Even with a few minor inconveniences, I still give this property 5 stars and would definarely recommend this complex to anyone.

Here at Accent Berkeley everyone here is super nice. The neighbors everyone in the leasing office. It’s great here! I was super particular about when moving is pest and critters I do not like any kind on any spectrum. Thankfully, because of how clean and how well they do the control here I did not have to deal with any of that my first year living.The leasing office everyone in there they are very attentive and love hosting events for our community to bring us together which I also love highly recommended. I tell people about my apartment complex all the time when they ask can’t wait to complete my second year.

I’ve been living here since Sept 2024 and it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in thus far. Main reason being i’ve had several issues with past leasing offices, but the employees here are good with getting back to you and solving any issues asap. Also, the maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders so that’s a plus for me. Besides that, the apartment itself is super spacious and updated. The only thing I wish is that the pet park had some fake grass and obstacle style course or something out there to make it more exciting for the pets. Also, as a charlotte native the apartment complex is in a pretty chill area but around it is so much to do and several grocery stores from lidl, trader joe’s, harris teeter, food lion, walmart they’re all within a one minute to ten minute drive, fumee hookah lounge in walking distance (literally one parking lot over) and uptown charlotte/south end/noda etc) all within a 15-20min drive

I cannot say enough good things about this place, its management/staff and the units! My husband and I found this beautiful newly built complex, while we were still living in California and planning our move to Charlotte. Kayla was the first person I spoke with when I reached out to get more information about possibly leasing here. She was knowledgeable, kind, and even genuinely excited to potentially welcome my family and I to not only Accent Berkeley, but to Charlotte, NC! Her professionalism, effective communication and attention to detail really made moving across country a smooth and less stressful process. I was so happy to finally meet her when we moved! I would also like to mention the property leasing manager Fai! She is hands down one of the best I've encountered! She takes care of business and leaves no questions unanswered! If I've had an issue (which has been extremely rare) she's quick to give a response, solution or other options. She made sure to give my husband and I recommendations on family friendly activities in the area and gave us info on the area we are now calling HOME. I appreciate these ladies making this leap of faith taken by my family and I, a very positive and beautiful one! We look forward to the countless memories we will make here! Now unto to the unit!!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Spacious with lots of storage options, our rooms are a great size with LARGE walk in closets. The living space includes a stunning double toned kitchen with lowers being a deep blue and the uppers being a crisp white and comes equipped with stainless steel appliances. The island is situated perfectly in the middle of the kitchen with a deep sink. The island provides enough space for 3 counter stools. Not to mention the "laundry room" as we like to call it lol is right off the kitchen with a brand new washer and dryer as well as storage up top. There is a community clubhouse with a state of the art gym that is open to residents 24/7, a beautiful outdoor retreat that includes a pool, BBQ pits and lounge seating all around. Inside the club house there are two private offices that can be reserved for use by residents, as well as a poker table and other gaming equipment for your family and friends to enjoy! If you are looking for a beautiful apartment community, with food and shopping nearby, and a quiet place to call HOME, then Accent Berkeley is the place.
