      The costumer service at accappela is amazing, aside from a previous manager Mathew which it wasn’t a great fit. However, maintenance is NOT GOOD by any means! The only great worker that works as a Maintenance is Oscar and he is not there as often as he is the Maintenance manager over other building sites.

      If you do not mind paying high prices for frequent maintenance issues such as water off at least every other month. At least 50 percent of the garage lights do not work. No lighting in the underground garage when the power goes off. A fire alarm system that does not function properly, Garage gates being open 24 hours a day for a month. 6 months without a hot tub. And leaf blowers outside you window at 8 am 2 days in a row this place is great.

      “One thing I really noticed about Acappell is their communication skills between management and residents, they are quick to respond esp Kerry. :) That means alot because it shows that they care for the building and the residents and they fix it right away. You can really see that they have maintenance workers around the building who works and really maintain it. The location of the building is also great as it is close to shops,gas stations,banks and freeway. We are glad the signed the lease. We got a great deal and the room is spacious :) Oh and move-in process was very easy and fast. Thank you Acappella for your hardwork!

      My experience with accapela is great, the only issue that I have is the manutenence that seems not be experience at what he is doing. Several services that they were done here at my apartment kept repeating because it wasn’t done right at the first time.

      Living at Acapella has been great so far. Moving in was smooth, and the staff made me feel welcome right from the start—they’re super friendly and always willing to help out.       It would have been a score of 10/10 but the Washer and dryer is small and not working properly (they need to check the functionality before the move in date and not after ) water flow is too slow. Otherwise location is the best, close to everything, secured and safe place to live.

      A lot of these reviews and fake or they have them taken down if it’s not nice to them! Hot water is a constant issue here! You will have to take cold showers constantly! Over the last year I have taken more cold showers than hot! I guess it’s good for skin! Breaking in’s all the time! Bad smell from trash and unkept property!

      Fire Life Safety

      If you don't mind paying premium prices for and apartment with a fire alarm that does not work this is the place for you. I moved into Acapella apartments 6 months ago and the fire alarm system has not worked since we moved in. The management is aware and so is San Bruno fire, but neither of them care about the problem. Dozens of exit signs are not light and no one care. As long as there is never an emergency we will ok. not what one would expect from a luxury apartment.

      An ok living space, everything looks nice but probably built cheaply. Lots of leaks happen in garage and in residential areas. The AC/heater is either on or off (no thermostat). Also the internet options are very limited (<30mbs). They started allowing AirBnB guests stay and don't removed their package delivery protocol. Building can be a maze at times. Staff is super friendly though. Overall 4/10 for the price

      The advertisement for Accapella shows a beautiful waterfall at the entrance, when in reality it is a swamp full of mosquito lava and green slime. I have been told that it has not worked for over 4 years. Why cant this atractive feautre be fixed. Isnt Accapella a luxury apartment, or just luxury prices.

      A Great Place to Live and Thrive

      I don’t know where to start, so I’ll just say this… I’m in my 12th year of living here and absolutely love it. This location is a dream, close to shopping, restaurants, parks and the SFO Airport. I’ve loved living here because I feel safe with it being a gated community and delivery companies have limited access. The amenities are nice too. This complex has had several different management staff and all have been wonderful to work with. They are always and informative, especially the leasing manager Keri. I love to wind down my day by popping into the office and having a few laughs with the office staff. Maybe once a quarter, the office staff will serve the residents with a thank you lite breakfast, lunch or evening “wine” down with snacks. This is also the quietness place that I’ve ever lived. No loud music or noisy neighbors. I love vibe of this apartment complex and it’s surroundings. Come on y’all and join in the fun!

      Overall experience of living here for 2 weeks so far is nice. The apt is close to target mall area which is very convenient. It’s also close to my office so I’m happy with it. Staffs are friendly and are always there to help. Haven’t used any amenities yet so can’t comment on that. One thing is not changeable is that I can hear sound of flights because it’s super close to the airport. It doesn’t bother me that much but if you are sensitive to sound might be something to consider. Also, it would be nice if the in unit washer and dryer can hold bigger load as I have a hard time washing my winter blankets.

      It has bad windows. Noice is loud from outside especially that the freeway is next to the apartment. Somehow my furniture get ruined by humidity my rug will have to be thrown to the garbage and living room table. No wonder I see a lot of tenants throw away furniture downstairs.

      It's getting more ridiculous

      It's become more ridiculous that the staff working at housing office are not present during office hours. All the packages have no way to get delivered at all. They just sat right outside of the glass door of the housing office and the gate and left unattended and unsecured. It's a serious issue where staff and community managers hired are not present at the office during office hours. If you ever want to get your packaged delivered, I think the only choice is you have to opt for amazon lockers at the department store across the street. So inconvenient at this age.
