I like living here. The townhomes are really nice, and the property is in a great spot off 501. Only thing I’d like to see improved is parking, more spaces would be helpful.The office gals are always willing to help with whatever I need. They looked busy when I went by the other day but one of the front desk ladies, Paige, still took time to talk to me about a concern I had and it felt nice to be heard by somebody in management instead of being brushed off like my last landlord would do. I’d recommend abode to any one looking to move.

I love my new home and I definitely made the right choice to live here. I was considering a few other properties in the nearby area when I first started looking to move and when I stopped by Abode, Paige gave me a personalized, in depth tour of the community and available floor plans. After that, I compared every other property to Abode’s floor plans and touring experience. When nothing else checked all of the boxes for me like y’all did, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Nice community, good location in Carolina forest, screened in porches, quick maintenance when needed, functional entertainment spaces like the pool deck and grill area, friendly staff. I toured recently and had a great experience. I toured with Paige and she took the time to talk with me and my mom about the many details of my finances and living situation to help me make the best choice -for me- in regards to leasing. It was relieving to be heard and to not have a sale pushed on me that clearly wouldn’t have suited my needs like some other properties tried to do. The homes are gorgeous and the pool is a huge plus, I hope to rent here in the future when I’m able to.

The townhomes are of great quality, and we truly enjoy our new place! Paige helped us with our tour and answered all our questions. She was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the move-in process. Everyone at the office is super friendly and has been very helpful with all of our questions. Our maintenance requests have been resolved promptly, and Joe (the maintenance technician) has been very professional and knowledgeable. He truly cares about what he does! The gym is nice and clean, and the pool is beautiful! Our doggies love the little yard in the back. It’s not only a great townhome, but we also feel well taken care of by the entire staff.

We absolutely love the staff in the leasing office. They were able to answer all our questions and help us get set up for a very quick new lease and move in date prior to my wife’s surgery. Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for our needs and is in absolutely immaculate shape. Would recommend this community to anyone looking for the feeling of having an actual home and at a very competitive price per month rent.

I’ve been living in this community since February 2025 and I can easily say it’s been a fantastic experience. I am in one of the single-family homes, which are well appointed and definitely spacious for my needs. Having a screened in porch and a fenced in backyard is great as well as a large garage and ample parking in the driveway. The master bedroom and master bath is spacious as well. They handle everything from monthly pest management, to all the mowing and landscaping, and the yards even have automatic sprinkler systems to keep the grass, nice and green. The property management team has been stellar from the start. Extremely easy to work with, very communicative, and if anything comes up, they are quick to resolve the issues. You can’t beat the location and the property amenities are exactly what I need.

We recently moved in and love it so far. The units are brand new, spacious, and really nice! We had a few things we noticed when we moved in that come with a new build but Joe came over and fixed the issues in no time and did a great job, he is really reliable when it comes to fixing any issues. The leasing office gals are great! Tia and Paige are lovely ladies and easy to work with. So far so good!
