I really love the apartment upgrades like plank flooring and stainless steel appliances. The management company is also very helpful and maintenance is quick to respond.

If I could give this property negative stars I would. The management is terrible and they do not care about the tenants at all. They do not reach out when there are issues or call back and the voicemail box is always full !! The AC never works in the summer and the heat breaks in the winter. Hot water also goes out at least once a month. Management and maintenance do not know what they’re doing or they just don’t care or both. They also advertise a sparkling pool which hasn’t been actually open in over 2 years. Don’t live here unless you want to be neglected and taken advantage of.

New management is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and don’t care about the residents. They don’t answer or return phone calls. Maintenance workers are unprofessional and unskilled. Parking is horrible and there’s roaches!!!

Use to love living here, but new owners do not care about their residents.

I live here now and absolutely love it. Being a young female, living on my own, I could not feel more safe. The amenities are fantastic and the staff even better. They all know my name, as well as my dogs! I use a dog walking service and they have always let me know who they thought was less than stellar, because they care that much about my baby. Any time I needed something fixed, it was fixed within a few hours, if not immediately (even after hours!!)

Have lived here for a few months now and love where I live. Not only are the prices fair for Castleton/Broad Ripple area, but it is a great place to live. The landscaping is impeccable, the staff are fantastic and they are very communicative. Being able to pay online and put in maintenance requests online are great conveniences. Overall, a great place to live where I plan to for quote some time!

I made a big move to Indianapolis from out of state in March. Now living here for 5 months, I'm glad I picked this place. They are very accomodating and pleasant to see. The complex is quiet and they have on site security walking around after hours. I chose a 1 bedroom, top floor apartment. I cannot hear my neighbors. The occasional music can be heard if my balcony door is open, which isn't loud enough to bother me. Everyone at the complex, that I've encountered, has been very nice and respectable. I even had a few neighbors help haul my couch when I was moving in. They are currently doing a ton of upgrades, which I am happy to see. The complex was in good shape before hand, but they are doing a lot to improve living for current and future residents. All in all, it's a great place!

Villa Paree is the first place I've moved to in Indianapolis and I am glad I did. It has been a friendly, safe introduction to the city and in a good location- right by everything Castleton. I have especially appreciated the updated flooring and very reliable appliances.

Ive been a resident at villa Paree for little over a year and I absolutely love it a peaceful community and clean community the villa Paree Management and staff is very nice and when I need some maintenence done very prompt on handling things I couldn't ask for better place to live and community thanks villa Paree for making comfortable.

Living at Villa Paree has been great. The neighbors are friendly and the handymen are always ready to help if anything goes wrong. Something I really like is that the community is very united. There are monthly events that thw residents can attend whether it is a pool party or hot dogs at the leasing center. There's always something great going on.

This is a very open 1 bedroom apt with enclosed patio near alot of shopping and dining. Very Quiet comunity and friendly neighbors. Enjoy the Pool and Exercise room The staff is fantastic and kept up well. Also have a Grilling and picnic area too!
