Good place to live. People are friendly and quiet mostly. Great rewards program, and lots of fun community events. Good place for dogs and kids
This is my second year here and I love the community the apartments are great and people are friendly here, the ground is keeped well and maintenance do a great job, the leasing office is friendly and very professional.
Apartments are nice but appliances need to be updated. I’m not sure who thought about removing the carpet in all apartments but when doing that it removed the sound barrier between apartments. Now you hear every movement the tenants above make and then it make the items on the walls shake. As far as safety, it’s ok I guess. The only downside to that is they are handling out HUGE parking stickers which to me make every tenant very vulnerable. Apartments complex has to start thinking about the safety of the property and tenants. Since the gate starts broken and it’s not really securing the tenants, take the money they are spending on that to give every tenants hang tag decals like the ones who has for reserve parking. As a community, this property has to do better when it comes to safety. Let me just say, when the parking decal was small and red, it was sooooo much better because it didn’t list the property complex company name on it and it didn’t take up your whole window.

Crescent at Wolfchase has the high rating that is deserved. The maintenance crew are nice and fast at what they do. Pest control comes every Tuesday and they explain what they’re going to do before they begin. Their grass is always low and the neighbors around the complex are clean and mostly quiet. I would give this spot a over all 10/10.

Beautiful grounds, so much wildlife. Slight upkeep problems at the dog park, but those were addressed relatively quickly. Wonderful community and neighbours. Extremely quiet apartments. Wish the pool had better hours, but it is well maintained and clean. Small issue with people throwing their trash on the ground in the playground area, area between buildings, and parking lot.

Very friendly neighbors and staff. However outdated appliances and designing. Maintenance requests dont typically get resolved right away and have to submit multiple.
No security and cars are being stolen on the premises. The security gate is ALWAYS broken. Lawn care and beautification is Top Notch. Broken down cars and what’s the point if a resident sticker?
There are both good things and bad things! Love the events for residents and new dog park! HATE the monster speed bumps! My car needed a realignment!
Wonderful community. Quiet, safe, and friendly people. Apartments are very soundproof, I never hear any neighbors. Grounds are well maintained and generally clean.

Small community which I love due to being able to know your neighbors and everyone that belongs her due to the way we are set up. Maintaining the grounds are impeccable unless garage service has not pick up other than A-OK. You don't have to wait long for maintenance dept to address the need and fix. DOWN SIDE IS THE INCREASE OF RENT AND NOT UP GRADING SOME OF THE OLD APT. I THNK IF RESIDENT RESIDES MORE THAN 7 YEARS AND HAVE NO PLANS ON MOVING THERE SHOULD BE UPGRADING APPLACIANCE AND CARPET AND TOUCH UP PAINTING INSIDE SINCE WE ARE NOT . ALLOW TO DO SO. KEEP IN MIND BREEZY WAYS FROM BOTTOM TO TOP.

Management is incredibly difficult to deal with—disrespectful and patronizing. Would think twice about contacting management to get clarity on a simple question because of how rude they have been in the past. Upkeep is questionable at best on some things that are not going to be part of a potential new resident’s tour of the apartments. The apartments are centrally located and have easy access to many things which is a plus.

I love my apartment, but the stairwells are horrible. I try to keep our stairwells clean but , it’s a task to do weekly. The team try to keep the ground clean daily they do a amazing job it’s up to Morgan’s property management to do something about the stairwells.

Management has been excellent and I like living over here. This is my second time renting from Crescent at Wolfchase. If anything is broken, maintenance is on it with fixing it quickly. I would most definitely recommend the apartments to others to rent.

I certainly enjoy my residence. They have added some amenities. They always come and fix things in a timely fashion. I have a problem with the gate that has been broken for a while now. We have key fobs that we still pay for monthly and the gate is a sense of security for me and my family.

So far I'm enjoying the apartment and neighborhood only downfall is the gate access. My wife and I don't feel safe going to the gym due to anyone an come In and out of the building. Also, anyone can come Into the apartments due to the gate being broken.

Area is quiet and safe while also being centrally located to shopping, dinning, schools, and the ability to access various roadways to get to and from employment in downtown Memphis with more of a suburban feel. Esthetically, the grounds are maintained and areas that are for general use are kept clean. There is always someone/team doing grounds work. I really like the package concierge system that is in place. It is nice to know I can have items delivered and they will be put securely into a locker for my pickup. It is a nice peace of mind and added feature especially coming from a previous area I had a lot of "missing" mail/deliveries.

Been in these apartments about a week now. So far they are pretty Quite. Our neighbors and office staff are friendly. The Apartments are nice and homey feeling .

The apartment itself is nice! Although my requests to fix very frayed carpet has fallen on deaf ears. The security is terrible! The gate is always open or broken and with crime so high, safety for residents should be a priority. Garbage cans are usually overflowing and the new speed bumps have destroyed my alignment.

It is a quiet community. My maintenance requests gets completed within two days. I wish the gate was fixed though. It was working before I moved in, but now it isn't working anymore.
