We are looking for an 20-24 month lease to start. Walking into this split level home from the front door you will have access to the two car garage. Upstairs you will find a large and open living space with kitchen, dining, and deck access. Two bedrooms and an updated bath are also located on the upper level. Downstairs you will find a family room area, 2 bedrooms, 3/4 bath, and laundry. The backyard has a full fence, the deck has stairs to the back and the garage has back yard access. Off the garage from the driveway you will find additional parking for a 3rd car, boat, or RV. As a tenant you are responsible for all lawn, snow, and all utilities. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
