This place is safe. Beverly Hills Police department boast a 3 minute response time and beyond that the nosey neighbors keep eyes and ears on everything. Its a good thing though...unless of course you are trying to bury your neighbor and assume his identity. Seriously, its walkable to shops, restaurants, a park, and a mall. The courtyard affords a breeze and sunshine to all the apartments and management is on top of any and all concerns: landscaping, parking, noise, etc. The apartments are all newly remodeled: Nice kitchens, bright bathrooms, and lots of closet space. Being on a short street cuts down on traffic problems. AND they are pet friendly.
