Lease takeover for immediate move in! I am looking for someone who is interested in taking over my lease that ends in February 2019 for a one bedroom. I have lived here for over a year and have truly enjoyed this quiet community, however a new opportunity has come about. Rent is $1,198 with carports for an additional $25 (if you choose to keep the one we have). This is a pet friendly community with a off leash dog area and a trail that leads to Kent Meridian High School. It is located two blocks away from Fred Meyers and less then 5 minutes from Target. Some amenities include a gym, indoor pool and hot tub that is open year round, brand new (when i moved in) full size HE washer and dryer, a fireplace, walk in closet, balcony storage closet and “wood“ flooring everywhere except the bedroom and living room. Must complete an application with the apartment directly. You can keep the deposit that is already on the account. ??????
