The property has direct access to Bluebird Lane allowing for a twelve minute walk to the beach. Available for a 30-day minimum stay. $300.00 Utility cap which would include water, gas and electric. If the utilities go over that price the tenant is responsible for remaining payments. $300.00 cleaning fee upon the tenant vacating the property. Negotiable weekly cleaning service will be offered to the tenant.
