Located on the 13th floor, this luxurious condo offers million-dollar views from east to west, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee on the expansive balcony. This condo features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and en suite bathrooms. The bunk bedroom offers privacy with twin/twin bunks and premium beds and bedding. A half bath is conveniently located in the hallway. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area allows this condo to sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy amazing views from the balcony. For your convenience, two beach chairs are provided complimentary for your stay, a $55 per day value. A $90 on-site registration fee is required for two parking permits and eight property wristbands. Paid parking is available in the covered on-site parking deck. Situated in the heart of Panama City Beach, this condo provides access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort is close to various attractions and dining options. Please note that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may result in loud and disruptive noise between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and the complex requires all service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted in the condo; smoking or vaping will result in a $1000 fine. The registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older. A $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process may apply for reservations between 03/07-04/15. Includes high-speed internet access. As a guest, you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, your choice of Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal).
