Pool closed till summer of 2023 due to repairs. Price reflects inconvenience. Located in private, gated Cape Marco! Come and enjoy the luxurious gated community. Spacious unit sleeps five with a king in the master bedroom and attached bath. The guest room has twins with an attached bathroom. Den has a futon for one more guest. Large flat screen TV in the living room. There is also a good size TV in the master bedroom. There is another in the guest room. Balcony overlooks stunning, wide-open views of the Gulf of Mexico an endless expanse of turquoise water, dotted with a view of the lush green Ten Thousand islands. Watch the boats and Jet Skier's pass by in the sun-sparkled channel below. Look down at white sandy beach, lined with palm trees and large swimming pool right at the waters' edge. You can relax in the comfy living room and watch the TV or enjoy both the water and partake in the kitchen festivities. The kitchen is nicely appointed with ample storage and stainless steel appliances, and cookware, including a coffee maker, kettle and a blender. Amenities offered are state-of-the art fitness center, 6 Hartru tennis courts, social room, private dock and private beach access.
