With plenty of natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this space is perfect for enjoying a slower pace of life. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, perfect for whipping up delicious home-cooked meals, and the dedicated dining area features a rustic wooden table with bench-style seating. The living area, with its high ceilings, comfortable couches, and flat-screen TV, exudes an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms offer a variety of bed arrangements with king, queen, bunk, and trundle options available, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms feature elegant glass walk-in showers and pristine vanities for ultimate relaxation. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, Quinlan is a quiet, rural city situated just five miles west of Lake Tawakoni. Known for its friendly suburban environment, rural charm, and diverse landscape, Quinlan offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life without compromising on city amenities. Explore Lake Tawakoni, known for its excellent fishing opportunities, or visit the nearby Lake Tawakoni State Park for hiking, picnicking, and camping. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. A laptop computer is not included.
